A free tote bag plus beauty samples were included which the courier driver was very likely aware of. If not, why would a driver throw packages near the front door of a business and expect them not to be stolen? I believe the real truth is the packages were never even delivered. I phoned Neiman Marcus online and requested a Supervisor. Asokan came to the phone. He said he was located in Africa and told me the courier was NEED IT NOW. He wanted to file a claim and wait almost a week for the results. I didn't want to miss out on the free tote and samples so tried to get him to do another solution and he refused. I then asked for his boss and he lied (I found out) and said she was on a call. I informed Asokan that if my claim is denied I will take NM to small claims court. $250 is not a lot of money but it is the principle. He said ok if that's what you want to do.
