I sent 7 cards out for Halloween ( all local) on Saturday and they STILL haven't arrived on Halloween! When I called during business hours, NOBODY answered the phone to the local branch! These were cards for my grandchildren, that are leaving town tonight! So they won't get them all at! I usually mail things out from Chittenango and it arrives within two days ! I made the mistake of thinking Oneida was the same quality,they are not! They suck and I'm so disappointed!!! I wish I could give them negative stars! read more

Terrible place to visit. Men working the window are miserable at best. Rural packages sit there because most times we are not notified there is a package awaiting pick up. Want to talk with someone? Forget it! They don't answer the phone! read more

I don't understand how hard it is to deliver a package. You couldn't find our mailbox but you can find it EVERY. OTHER. DAY to put our mail in? Same reason why you guys give the excuse for "animal interference" for a spider..... we pay extra for expedited shipping. Not only that but we were currently home when the package was "attempted" to be delivered at 4:00 pm. This isn't the first time we've had this issue. I have been waiting on a package I ordered on the 29th of December. It was estimated to be delivered today, January 3rd, before 8p.m. I recently found that the USPS has put the most current delivery status as "Delivery attempted, but front door or driveway was not accessible." Mind you, I had received a package not even an hour before receiving that message with a package on the WRONG DOORSTEP. My door is the only back door with a porch and with that instruction being given, there was still no success to a satisfactory delivery. It's like these drivers don't want to get out of their cars. And it's not even snowing. This is not the first time they claim that there is "animal interference" as an excuse to not deliver a package.
