One of the only spots in the area I know of that still has a physical mailbox - they took a bunch of the blue ones out of residential areas. Can get very crowded if you go at peak times, but that's any post office I suppose. Service can be hit or miss, depending on who you get. Some of the newer folks will cut corners sometimes and just not be as helpful. If you get one of the veteran workers though, that's the gold standard. There are a couple of gentlemen who've been here since I've been coming here, and they always have the answers and are willing to share them! I'm always thrilled when I get served by one of these experts and have a seamless, painless post office visit. Giving 4 stars just for them, without them it'd just be meh.

I used this little Countryside Village Post Office recently when I was visiting my friend in Fayetteville, and it's perfectly adequate. It was close to closing time so that might explain why nobody seemed very friendly but at the same time the USPS is not notorious for being friendly.
