Small place on the corner. No line when I went in. Fast service but the person that helped me was talking on her cell phone as a personal call which I found unprofessional. If I could give this office zero or negative stars, I would. Talk about a group of people who don't want to do their jobs! They need to get rid of everyone and just start over again. I almost never receive my packages on time and complaints are never handled. I will use the Bala Cynwyd or Havertown offices from now on. As a matter of fact, I have my mail forwarded to a PO BOX at the Havertown office and encourage people to do the same if they can. They will NEVER get my business again. read more

This post office is usually the absolute worst! Or maybe it was just that one employee I repeatedly ran into on the weekends. The girl was so bad that I actually started driving out of my way to other post offices for better service, I just couldn't take it. Lately they've been good. Mail comes pretty much kinda on time, packages are being delivered once they are out for delivery and it's no big deal about getting my packages scanned at the window. read more

It would be hard to find a us post office with service more horrible than this one. After being told twice over the phone that my package wasn't there, I went there to discover it in fact was. But the best part was being told they would be open at 8:30 am, arriving at 8:30 and not being helped until 8:58 am. Great job usps read more

This post office is incredibly unprofessional. They need to shut it down or wipe the entire staff out. I have asked my mail man several times to close my gate to my property but he doesn't listen. They will try to deliver a package to me. I sign the brown slip leave it and they walk right pass it. This post office is an embarrassment. They are rude behind the counter. The line can be out the door and no one would be helping anyone. This Post Office attempts to rival those found in war torn third world countries but doesn't measure up to their standards for service. For some reason they seem to feel that providing you with numerous mail free days from important mail or packages is a blessing to their customers. They also seem to think that repeatedly getting your neighbors mail only provides you with more opportunities to meet with them. I know them all quite well now. A visit to the facility gives you an opportunity to meet with employees who truly seem to detest the public and their doing the job they are paid to do. If you can use another station do so. This is by far the worst post office EVER!!! No one has customer service skills, there's always only one person working at the counter meanwhile you can clearly hear other employees in the back just having a "good ol time". Not to mention you'll be waiting almost 20mins to be helped. Don't try and call because the phone continues to ring and ring. My mailman always delivers the mail after 5p if at all. here we go again. no mail for two days so far. not just me but my neighbors also. so sick of this bullshit.

The customer service is horrible. I walked into the branch the lady came out to the customer area looked me up and down and said hello in a way as if she had and attitude. Then she went back inside . After 7mins she said "how may I help you I spoke to you when I came out there." I replied I spoke back she then says" well you were low I didn't hear you" I said nevermind you don't have to help me. I left and went to the kingssessing branch they have class. This branch here at 5300 W. Jefferson need all new employees. The last time I thought they were unprofessional after I waiting for a half an hour while staff kept screaming that I was standing out there and when someone finally came out acted as if they didn't want to service me. Its hard to describe just how awful this particular branch is. They will scan things as undeliverable for days, only to magically mark it as delivered. Mail delivery is spotty at best. Good luck getting through on the phone, no one picks up. Going down to the office is just as bad, its not exactly in a great part of town. I've made numerous complaints that have all gone unanswered. The office is Bala is a better alternative, they are normally staffed, and I've never had issues. I wish my mail could be delivered by ANYONE else except West Park. read more

I received exceptional service from the clerk Anna. Coming into the post office I was very frustrated as I did not receive my package as I was told by another clerk. Anna was very patient with me and referred me to the manager. I was then told my package was not there and it would be out for delivery the next day. Anna took into her own hands, which she didn't have to do, to look through the packages they received for next day delivery. Of course I was very pleased that she found my package. I wanted to write this review to recognize her for her effort to go above and beyond for a customer. Thank you ! read more
