Whoever the mail carrier is at Bustleton, that would deliver mail to State Rd near Grant Ave, literally just doesn't even show up ever on weekends. Every single time, they say they weren't able to deliver it, which is obvious if you don't actually go to the address and don't do your job. It's beyond ridiculous that it has been happening for months. If they can't handle the job, fire them, that easy. read more

Thai post office is okay, service is pretty good and they get people through the lines very quickly unlike other post offices I've been to. Came in to get some stamps and mail a few things and the wait wasn't that long. The staff greeted me when I got to the front and were very helpful. read more

A typical post office staffed with the usual lazy, slow-as-a-snail "union workers" (an oxymoron). The self-serve kiosk would be convenient but it almost never works. Mail has been stolen from the outside mailboxes, so always drop off your mail inside the building (the wall receptacles are processed the fastest). I have mailed packages from this post office to California and Hawaii that arrived in two days by mere First Class mail. Yet, many an "overnight" Express mailing took several days. read more

I have even calling Buselton post office since Monday and no one answers the phone. I have a wonderful mail carrier and most of the carriers that handle hot overtime are good but Saturday was a very different story. I have a dog. I let her own on my side yard. I have a gate with a sign that reads "caution, keep gate closed at all times. my mail is usually delivered in my basement door but on Saturday the mail carrier delivered upstairs. he had to open the gate and left it in the mail box he left the gate wide open and my beagle who is a puppy and who i recently adopted got out. I went out in slippers and no winter coat looking for her. my neighbor had just gotten home from work and assistEd in helping me. he actually found her 45 minutes later. I want to talk to this mail carrierbut don't know his name. This is why I have been trying to reach a supervisor at the station. I am very angry not just at this mail carrier but at the station because no one picks up the phone and the carrier either doesn't care or can't read. take your pick. read more

This is ridiculous after years of calling them About my mail being delivered whenever the mailman wants it's still not fixed. The mailman refuses to come On mondays. You can find him sleeping in his personal car, when you go to the Bustleton post office for your mail that your missing they tell you the post man is gone for the day. Meaning he takes our mail home at night in his personal vehicle which is against the law as I get checks in the mail and don't feel comfortable. He's always on his phone when delivering mail and I can see him on my ring camera when he comes. I'm sorry but a whole block in Philadelphia without mail is ridiculous and a poor excuse. The incompetence of this office is appalling to say the least. While it is understood that we are still social distancing that doesn't negate the fact that there is a clear lack of management or courtesy in this office. Lines out the doors, limited staff, aggravation and attitude coming from the employees. Listen, if you hate your job, leave. It's that simple. Too bad you won't be able to take the benefits with you. Today, what was supposed to be a simple simple scan and hand my receipt ended up with me at siding in line for 30 minutes. Only one employee working while people are getting out of work. Who staffs this place? You need full staff from 4 pm - close because that's when the after work rush comes in, not in the morning when the elderly and self employed can waltz in. All of a sudden this employee just leaves for the back leaving the lone of 15 people waiting for over 10 minutes. Gross and disrespectful. Finally another employee comes to "help" and the original gets back to her post. I'm not sure what exactly is the matter with this office, if it was t for the proximity to my job I wouldn't think twice about stopping in here. Rotate your staff. Fire the management. Hire new people and train better. This is a disgrace. read more

We shipped hundreds of USPS packages each month. We have a package going out on 7th Feb 2019 and now it has been 19 days, it is still in transit. A case was submitted and Kevin Nesmith who claimed to be the supervisor at this location reached out to us and asked us to call him back. We called (215) 673-1275 and guess what, no one picked up. We called at lease 5 times during different time. So yeah, this place sucks and the management team is even worse read more

There is always a line here and you have to wait. They usually only have two people working the counters, which is annoying especially during the holidays. The one man who works there regularly, is super nice and friendly and doesn't mind helping you. Sadly, the rest of the people I have ever encountered here weren't as nice. read more

19115 Post Office (Bustleton, Phila, PA) Terrible, terrible service -- and THEFT of packages. I have had 2 packages from different shippers go missing in JUST 6 DAYS. Both items' tracking info says item(s) were "delivered in at mailbox." But my mailbox was empty, of the package(s) on each of those days and, even any mail. So where did these packages disappear to? The postman/woman is either telling lies, misdelivering to different addresses or mailboxes, or just outright stealing. I have the USPS investigating both -- one service request was closed with an apology email from USPS, but no explanation as to what happened to the missing package. I had to call that vendor and go through a big rigamole to have a new replacement item sent at no cost to me. The other service request USPS is investigating has not sent me any updates as of today. I will have to contact that vendor and go through another big rigamole to get a no-cost replacement as I did with the other vendor. Then, on top of everything, I have to hope that these 2 replacement orders will actually be delivered to me, and not disappear as the original 2 orders have. I am considering contacting the police if my packages keep going missing. read more

The lines here are outrageous almost all the time. Was in line yesterday for 35 minutes. You will never get anyone to ever answer the phone there (not sure why they even have a phone number). And if you don't get there by 5:30pm; you can forget about your "priority mail" packages going out anywhere. Especially if you have to wait in line for 35 minutes. You might as well wait until the next day and ship them from a more competent post office. Oh yes, and they will lie to you and tell you that they will ship that day. I can't even begin to describe how I despise going into this post office. Always a long line and always one or two clerks at the counter. That's not even the half of it. For many years, our mail has been either on our step, on our lawn or in another neighbors mailbox. Usually it's in the 1st floor mailbox even though the address TO is noted as Apartment B or 2nd floor. Now mind you, these issues started when our regular guy, Scott was out. For a very long time we had subs. Do they not know how to read addresses correctly or are they just that lazy that they can't go up 6 steps to insert mail into a mailbox? I don't know what happened yesterday, but we got ZERO mail. Was it too windy for the sub to do their job? Don't even get me started on the ones delivering mail while chatting on their cell phones! And yes, I have contacted the Post Office time after time. This goes back to 06, 07 and 08 when I talked to people at this particular post office and even their customer support department. I'll never forget the attitude I got from a supervisor for my zip code. She was totally rude and pulled an "oh well" with me. No wonder the "Go Postal" saying is so popular. They hold your local mail for as long as it would take to receive an international package. THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE OR RESPOND TO THE CASES OPENED ONLINE. They mail to the wrong addresses and keep your package after that and do not attempt to mail it to your address when a redelivery has been scheduled with a confirmation number. They do not update the status of the shipping so you will not know where your package is at the moment. UPS was able to give me a little bit of info but not USPS. I have a trip tomorrow and will not be here for 3 weeks and this USPS did not attempt to make a delivery for 3 weeks. read more

Not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from, because I think this is one of the best run Post Offices I've ever been to. There are usually three or four people actually working the counter here so if there is a line when you come, it moves pretty quickly. Most of the postal workers are actually really friendly and helpful. I don't remember the tall guy's name, but he is particularly great. The hours are also great - open until 7 during the week. That's a really nice benefit. Where I'm from (CA), you only have two people if not one at the counter and they go super slow because they're not well trained, and they close at 5. I did have an annoying experience with the supervisor once. Before I moved to PA, I mailed a package that was lost, and part of the claims process includes putting down your current address. This supervisor was SO UPSET that she was bothered with my package and I'm like - I didn't call you, I didn't bring you into this, What's with the attitude? - but yeah she is usually in the back, so fortunately I haven't had to deal with her since. read more

During certain hours of the day, the lines at this post office will rival any local government office (dmv) hands down. What keeps me coming back to this particular post office is the customer service here. The workers have been nothing but helpful and polite to me. When I've had issues with my mail, which has been rare, the postal workers have worked to get a honest answer for me. And the one time the mail went missing, it was due to a temporary worker and not the regular workers. I really enjoy going to the post office, when I have to, but when I know the line is going to be out of the door, I keep my phone on to check all of my email. read more

I tried to post 0 zero stars but I couldn't post without at least 1. They SUCK!!!! 2 times in a 5 month period a PACKAGE for me is no where to be found! Numerous phone calls, promises of them calling me back (never received a call back, ever) and in the end NO PACKAGE. Identical stories to the ones already reported by others. Possible scenarios: 1. They lost the package, who the eff knows where it could be, last time this happened they sent it on a trip to the airport. 2. They delivered it to the wrong house and those people stole it! SO glad these people have my personal info. b/c postal carriers deliver constantly to the wrong house. I also call 800-USPS and they told me the carrier delivered said package the day after the reported date on the tracking info., which is a Sunday and apparently he also spoke to me when he delivered it ON A SUNDAY. Thieves deliver mail from this post office. My packaging with tracking was scanned as delivered in/at my mailbox by a temp worker, but it never made it into my locked mailbox. I was home and saw the temp across the street. There was no package delivered. A few days later, I checked tracking number and it said that delivery was on that date. It was NOT! I went to Bustleton PO and spoke with manager who basically said it was delivered...the gps says so. I told her that packages are routinely scanned from the truck at the street level and it does not mean that someone put it into a mailbox. I filed a complaint with Postal Inspection Service, which was another joke. They referred the matter back to the Bustleton PO. I filed a police report for theft of mail, too. Basically, there are thieving employees not paying attention to what they are doing, and they are stealing mail and getting away with it. A disgrace! I also get other peoples mail at my house, and I'm certain other people get mine. There is no accountability for employees and no one seems to be concerned about standards of service and theft issues. Several postal employees said that theft is a common problem. Yep, I know and no one gives a hoot about the continuing mis-delivery and theft problems. UPDATE 4/14/16 Today, I received a tracked USPS box addressed to my neighbor down the street, but it was delivered to my house. I put in the tracking number, and it says it was delivered to my neighbor in/at their mailbox! No, it was not! It was wrongly delivered to my house with my neighbor's address on it! BTW...the same black male temp worker, who mis-delivered my package, mis-delivered my neighbor's today. This PO hires drones with no brains. read more

Don't have anything delivered via USPS. they scan things out for delivery and don't deliver them. Not happy. Never again.

First of all, they take their phone off the hook ALL DAY. They leave you aa delivery notice, you arrange redelivery, they don't show up. You go in and they can't find it. The tracking number is illegible and there is no sender info. No one here cares about the customer. Did I mention that mail ends up in neighbors boxes? What a disgrace! This is the post office I regularly go to to ship etsy orders, and I'm unsure why there are so many low scoring reviews. This post office, in my experience, has been wonderful. The line always moves quickly and I always see the same group of very friendly, very helpful people working there. I ship a lot of small "do not bend" packages and none of them have ever arrived to the buyers damaged or have been misplaced. I used FedEx once to ship something and it showed up bent in half.... I think the best part about this post office (besides the later hours!) are the lovely people who work there. read more

My husband and I haven't gotten mail since last week... there was a pretty bad storm so I get it. However, Monday rolls around and an amazon package stated delivery didn't happen because my house was "not accessible". Well that's funny because FedEx and UPS made it to my door just fine... Tuesday I get the same message on amazon. I check my cameras and USPS wasn't even on my block at the time they claimed my house was inaccessible. So I tried calling ALL day yesterday and they were either hanging up or not answering. (Would ring ring ring then BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP). My husband got home, and still no mail - NO MAIL at all since Thursday. He tried calling - same thing. He then called a different branch and they answered with no problem/no wait, but they couldn't help since the problem is at this branch. So he goes to this post office and there is a line (after 6pm). He calls the general number and ends up speaking to a representative and taking care of the report before he is seen in person... crazy. So he leaves. LESS THAN 1.5 HOUR LATER MAIL SHOWS UP AT MY HOUSE. (Not all of it though...) Guess my house isn't so inaccessible. ANYWAY this is not my first issue with this branch. I order online religiously - have about 10 packages a week sent to my house. 50% of my amazon packages that get switched to USPS state they were delivered and they were not. They end up coming 1-2 days later. HERE IS THE ISSUE. I PAY for guaranteed delivery and when these liars say it was delivered, Amazon WILL NOT extend my prime the complimentary month or give money back. I then have to wait 48 hours before putting in a claim that I didn't get my packages. WHOEVER RUNS THIS BRANCH NEEDS TO BE FIRED. They are absolutely horrible at managing. There is no reason my mail is so behind and it is absolutely fraudulent they are marking packages incorrectly. I have made a report to amazon and several other shippers. BEWARE. read more
