Original Review: I've been living in Cottonwood for less than 2 months and have already had 3 of my packages delivered to the wrong address. Stop being lazy! The apartment complex numbers are VERY CLEARLY MARKED and there is no reason you are unable to deliver to the right address.

Preprinted online labels and package drop off is a breeze, a curbside package drop would be awesome. I like to read the greeting cards for fun. Februrary 10th, 2016 I was there to finally get a…read morepre-purchased priority mail out after the USPS letter carrier left it at the mail pickup area at Distant Drums RV Resort two days in a row. The post master challenged me on if I had scheduled a package pickup in an attempt to transfer blame back onto me. This RV resort has had the same outgoing mail staging area for several years. I asked the post master how was I supposed to know about package pickup? Not to mention what difference does that make anyhow? The resort gets mail picked up and delivered at the same area in the office 6 days a week for Years! She did not answer my observation or question. I also asked her to make it right and either refund the shipping costs or send it overnight. All I got was a can't do it/won't do it from the post master. This package was a customer order who paid extra for 3 day priority. The post master then throws out that 3 day priority is not a guaranty. What kind of a response was that? Then why charge more money for it? If it's not a reasonable expectation then why not offer it free if you can't or won't guaranty it anyway? Perception is that you are lying, just saying. What should this Post Office do to improve my satisfaction with the "service" I received? Maybe a new Post Master that excels in customer satisfaction issues.

Devon was the attendant who took in my partner's app and fees. I must have looked up the wrong information because our fees were a lot less than what I had originally seen online. They did run a little late despite the appointment. Even though we arrived 10 mins before scheduled time, there were still 3 people in line also processing theirs. They might have been walk-ins, which are accepted til 1pm according to USPS.com. So know that if you set an appointment here, they might run a little late, but you know that 1ish pm is the latest you'll leave here for passport apps. I would make the drive out here if I knew someone else who needed passport services. That would give me a reason to go back to Beni's Pizza (which is walking distance from here).
