My…read morepost office delivered the first one (ignoring the sticker on it that said do not bend, they bent the book in half and shoved it into my mailbox) then stopped delivering them. I called them and they said they have no knowledge of me ever being a recipient of the books. When I told them I already gotten 1 and it had the right info on it for delivery the lady on the phone got quiet and didn't want to help me anymore. Then in July my mom sent me something, I got a slip in the mail stating I needed to pay postage to be able to pick it up. I went into the post office and the lady told be she had nothing for my address even after showing her the slip. Someone is either stealing my books and mail or they are completely negligent with people's belongings. It is ridiculous and frustrating. My baby girl is missing out on her books (we check the mail everyday hoping they will show up and they never do) My mom is also upset I couldn't get what she had sent me as it was a sentimental gift that was my little sisters that she wanted my daughter to have. This post office sucks.

The same old white guy told me to always put the P.O. Box number on the package and we always do and we always tell people who sends us package. This time he was passive aggressive about it! I told him we always tell people to put our box number on there and it's out of my control. Something needs to be done about this guy. He either needs a customer service training or a new job! He makes me dread going to the post office, no one should feel this way about the POST OFFICE! He has a big attitude problem. Everyone in Dolores is super nice but not this guy!

Some one needs to get control of the Dolores CO Post Office. We get notices that packages are in…read morelockers and then told when we go that they haven't finished putting it out. This is an on going issue. I get text alerts so I know when it's there and ready. They don't deliver to my address even though I am writhing city limits so I am not being given a choice as to how to get my mail. Also my UPS Amazon and FedX packages should not be dropped off at the PO. You cant handle your own mail load let alone all of theirs. I understand being short staffed but y'all brought that on yourselves. Get it together and provide satisfactory service
