I am so impressed with the customer service and friendliness of this Owner, Staff and Store to a…read morecomplete stranger (me) that I had to write about my extraordinarily good experience: I called this Polson UPS Store from California where I live as I needed to have some miscellaneous belongings sent to me from a family member from that area who recently passed. I was unable to travel to Montana and when the very nice lady who answered said to me "Don't you worry - that's what we do" when I asked if they would box/send/ship to me even if I wasn't there in person to pay, I knew I was in good hands. And it was a blessing to find this store and it's owner, Sindee. Sindee is the best, kindest, most efficient person I could have hoped to deal with, and in other calls I needed to make to the store before the items got delivered there, other staff members who answered the phone were also friendly and helpful. When Sindee called to get my cc number she also told me she would send a tracking number, which she did, and the package actually got to me earlier than she thought, and in perfect condition. There was nothing sloppy about their packing job and I have sent a picture of the box itself and how it presented when I opened the top. Because of privacy I'm not attaching further pictures but I can tell you all was in order, nothing had moved around in shipment, and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect result. If you are in/near Polson, please make use of Sindee, her store's services and her very appropriate pricing. I would give a 10-star rating to all if that were possilble.
