Can't fill the 2nd because it's at 40%. She says call back when it's at 25%. You're already here, what's the problem? I've always paid my bills and it seems to me that it would save the company time, fuel and wages to do it all at once instead of making seprrate trips. Well, im furious with the attitude, unprofessionalism and downright rudeness so ill take my business elsewhere. I wholeheartedly suggest everyone else do the same. TO THE MANAGEMENT: One bad employee can ruin your business! Get rid of the toxic folks answering your phones. Your customers dont need the abuse and do have other places to get propane from.
