My last load was in the wash when I went to the older worker--the only worker there--and asked, "Is there a way I can pay to have my laundry folded?" She was folding someone else's laundry behind the counter when she said, "No, we actually don't fold laundry here," in a snarky tone. I'm thinking to myself, "Um, okay... why would you spend all this money on expensive washers and dryers but not offer a laundry-folding service when you're literally folding someone else's laundry and I'm willing to pay you to do mine?" That just doesn't add up. I had eighteen minutes left on one of the big dryers when I grabbed my clothes and decided I was done. Tumble runs through an app called Speed Queen, so I thought I would get those 18 minutes back on my account since I didn't use them. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The whole experience was frustrating, especially because I was willing to pay for an additional service and was met with a rude attitude. I will never go to this laundromat again! The workers were rude, and the prices are way too expensive.

She told me the price and then when she learned the square footage she said, "in that case we'll have to charge you xx price", implying a higher price. It was fine by me because the new price was exactly the same as what she initially said. She told me they would be in my area the following Friday, which seemed like a long time out, but ok. When I asked what time, she told me it depends on how things go and how busy they are. Not helpful, but then I told her I would not be available in the afternoon so I asked if I could request a morning appointment and she told me that shouldn't be a problem. Appointment scheduled. Fast forward a week and a half and when they hadn't shown by noon, I called to see if they were coming. No answer, so I left a message asking for a call back. An hour or so later....nothing, so I called again. No answer this time either so I left another message telling them to cancel this, and any future "service" because I was taking my business elsewhere, where they would be responsive. Don't waste your time with this Business.

I am new to Bigfork MT and have a 40 year old John Deere tractor. After plowing snow for 4 hours…read morethe hydraulic cylinder that lifts the snow blower failed. John Deere does not make this part anymore. Knowing it was going to snow soon I took the cylinder to Riebe's Machine Works as they are the only hydraulics shop in Kalispell. I couldn't have made a better choice. They helped me diagnose the problem and said it would be two days. I didn't even ask the price. Snow was going to fall in two days. They had to cut the cylinder open as it is welded shut at the factory. They took the seals out in pieces and ordered them from Seattle, WA overnight. They put it together the next day and welded it back together. They called me and I picked it up. It was perfect. I installed it and it worked perfectly. The price was more than fair and the quality was perfect. Nothing happens fast in Western Montana but this did and at a good price. I am so happy and I know you will be too. Great job Riebe's Machine Shop. You have a very happy customer and I will bring you more of my business. The snow is falling and I have a way to clear my 1/4 mile driveway. Thank you!
