They can pack and ship it or they will ship what you pack and they do so at the best prices. I always just let them pack my stuff - that way I don't have to worry about a thing! Another great thing about this place - they keep track of all your shipments - what I mean by that - I ship to my son in May - I return - and say - ship this to my son Jon - and they say - the one in Wilmington at such and such a street - that's right - they keep the names and addresses of everyone you ship to - so if you do ANY amount of shipping to the same places - this is GREAT - no need to remember anything or pre-label anything - they do ALL of it for you and they are happy to do so!
