They don't answer emails and rarely answer the phone these days. . Don't expect any apologies. If you need something such as mail forwarding, expect to email and call several times. You may get an answer eventually. It is very frustrating as the service used to be ok. Every year I hope they will improve, but actually they seem to get worse. They do remember to bill you though. And to increase the price by 10 or 15 percent each year! I do have to applaud their business acumen as they charge for effectively no service. They understand that a lot of people need the service due to limited options in Jackson Hole. This is the only yelp review I have written. I guess they have inspired me.

It's a short review but by far, the friendliest post office I've been to. Reposted previous review: This is by far, the most efficient and nicest post office I've been to. It's a small office but well stocked with USPS supplies that you may need. There is plenty of parking and even in the winter, easily accessible. I could not email my shipping label to the shop. I asked the worker for help and she didn't have any useful ideas. I tried for 5+ minutes and got nowhere. When I asked her coworker, he was all stressed out about shipping another package and treated me rudely. He asked why are you asking me? Are you not happy with her help? Well, no and I told her that I'd see if you had any helpful ideas. He suggested that I go outside to send the email to get better cell coverage. I tried again outside and couldn't so left in frustration. What a sorry ass excuse for a business! I went to a real FedEx shipping center where I got much more pleasant service. Turned out, I had changed the password for my Google account and couldn't send or receive emails until I logged back in with new password. Regardless, the worker at Parcel Express is a jerk and deserves to be put in place.
