Anti second amendment, I am a licensed FFL trying to carry out my business and even though I follow all federal laws in regard to shipping firearms, these fellows won't even ship unregulated firearm parts. I dropped off a Rifle barrel discretely packaged up that needed to be sent off to have some work done they charged me nearly fifty dollars then called me after I had driven away and told me they couldn't ship my package just because they assumed it was a gun part. Based on the address it was going to which is a known barrel service provider. After wasting close to an hour of my time, I got my package back, drove down the road and had it shipped at another business for less than twenty for the same shipping service and speed. In the end Poor service, Terrible parking, and Outrageous Pricing I do not recommend any of their services. read more

I went to return an Amazon package. They were all very nice as they told me I couldn't use the QR code but I could redo the return and choose label and email it to them. They printed the label and then taped up the box. Then they asked me for money for printing the paper and taking it. I wasn't bothered that they were charging me, but that they never made any mention that it would cost or how much it would cost. When I pointed that out, they seemed to not care and expressed that they couldn't do anything about it. Thankfully a kind person next to me paid the charge since I did not bring money with me. I sell quite a bit online, and I've used them a few times now since I can't print labels and send everything from there for super cheap. The staff is always easy and helpful, and this last time they took their time to help me fix an issue with a shipping label. Though the error wasn't on their end, they only charged me for the correct labels printed and were more than understanding. Excellent customer service, I would highly recommend! read more

Was not happy when I arrived to find that there were foot prints on the original copy and that it was wrinkled as well. As well as the copy itself had black shadow streaks that made it look nothing like the origanal. Since the origanal was ruined it was very hard to make a new copy. read more

Seriously the best ship and copy center I have used. They have the cheapest prices, unbelievably cheap, compared to anywhere else I have ever been to. And nowhere else do you find a ship center that takes USPS, USP and FEDEX all at the same counter...super convenient, thanks!
