Okay can't explain how INCREDIBLE this store is. I went in very last minute needing a shirt printed and worked with the employee Britley. Oh my word she was the BEST! Walked in there and stood there for 15 seconds and no one said anything. There were four workers there and no other customers there and they all saw me but said nothing. So, I walked out. Piece of crap customer service. read more

Such a wonderful bunch of employees, everyone is highly trained and competent. They do a great job with all my printing needs!

They were pretty quick to work with me (and professional) when I emailed them my file and what I wanted printed. They recommended some nice paper and offered me pricing for that paper (they said it would be $.55 a sheet). But when I went to get it, I was billed over $1.60! When I inquired at the higher price the lady said it was a file management fee. When I asked where on the website that fee was displayed, since they sure didn't mention it in the email, she didn't know the answer. She went and asked the manager, who I overhead say "it's not on the website", then he came over and said "We can just do the $.58 cents, that's fine". Warning flags went up everywhere. First, they tack on fees without mentioning or advertising them, then they get the actual fee wrong ($.58 instead of $.55). I gave them my card to pay it, and understandably they couldn't charge anything less than a dollar on their card terminal. But their solution - they just upped the price to $1.00 so I could pay it with card. It was sad to see this kind of business, because last year when I got a print from them, I don't remember any of these shenanigans. read more

This is the most professional place in town to get printing done. They do great work with signs and vinyl, always making sure the customer is satisfied. The graphic designs that they do look great and are done quickly. They make suggestions to help jobs look best when they are finished and give the best finished product available.
