Friendly or rude really doesn't matter if one's mail isn't being delivered timely.

They do a great job with small package delivery and leaving notice for pickups for large packages. Most of my packages arrive on time and that's true during the busy holiday season as well. I think their carriers are getting better with accuracy over the years to prevent lost/mis delivered packages. Some ebay sellers re-use old tracking#'s to try to trick you into thinking your item was delivered successfully. I mentioned in a previous review that I do not go to post offices at all frequently, but in the two or three times I have been to this little gem this year, I was able to park right outside or around the corner, and get in and out to complete my errands efficiently. My most recent experience involved finding stamps to mail my son's wedding invitations. I explained my task to the person behind the counter. She weighed my invitation and pointed me to a 2 cent stamp with a pretty bouquet of flowers, surely the right stamp for my stash of wedding invitations. However, there weren't enough of that stamp for all my envelopes, so I would have to choose a second stamp, as well. While I was looking at the options, trying to decide what to do, she suddenly ran to the back and came out with a brand new stamp that had only just come out a few days prior (early March, 2024). This also was a lovely stamp; and there were lots and lots of them! I really appreciate her creativity and willingness to go above and beyond for me. Since that time, I've stopped by a few times to mail some returns, or whatever, and this person still remembers me! This establishment has the feel of a small local business where everyone is neighborly and helpful. I love that.
