She was carrying some kind of cleaning product and she smiled at me. "She's on the phone," she said. "I'd help you but quite honestly, it's not my job and I don't know what to do!" She laughed, I laughed, and she sweetly walked away. After 5 minutes, this pissed-off looking woman got off the phone and approached me with a scowl on her face. She stared at me like, "What the hell do you want?" I asked if I could ship a package to Chicago by Christmas. I had a $10 off coupon, and I showed it to her on my phone. She took one look at it and, very, very curtly, said "No." She had a disgusted and disbelieving look on her face, as if I asked her to give me a brand-new Ferrari. "You have to print it out.
