Unhelpful customer service representatives who don't do their jobs. I submitted documents for an address change that was never processed but I did not discover that until weeks after my move while I was wondering why I wasn't getting mail. I had to go through hoops trying to fix their laziness. There is an older man who works here that is always extremely helpful and kind though. Sucks that he is the only reliable one. read more

I had an amazon package set to be delivered today. I received a text simply saying that it couldn't be delivered. According to the tracking info I was home when they tried to deliver it. Even if they had come during the time I was out, my security camera shows no sign of anyone going by except my neighbors. That alone proves they didn't even try to deliver it. They just sent a BS text to try and cover themselves. I know that it is Sunday, but I've had packages delivered by them on Sunday before, in-fact, LAST Sunday I had one delivered. Utter and complete BS. And while I'm at it, 9 times out of 10 my packages are just thrown onto my front porch. No care or consideration for the contents at all. I wish Amazon would let you chose who delivers your packages, because I sure has hell would never pick this post office. read more

Worst post office hands down. They never delivered my package and I went to go pick it up at the office they claimed they didn't have it and they would have left a note (mind you I had already called usps and they told me it was there and I never go a note). So I ask them to search my package after the woman at the front desk "looked" around the counter and claimed "it wasn't there". Only for it to have been left on the truck for three days and their excuse was "well it was late and I didn't feel like leaving a note in your mail box, I was just going to try to deliver it another day". Worst post office Ive been to. Customer service is lacking and isn't a priority. The employees make fun of people for not knowing what to do when they do not help. I saw one elderly woman get made fun of for asking a question. The co workers complain when customers get upset and they say they need to go on break already How is this location still open? read more

This is the worst office in the world! I lost my package on 01/28, and I personal driving to this office 3 times, they never give any answer, when I call them said go online to claim , but somehow website don't allow do that! Before this I missing my package 3 times and mail many times, I have go around to get back my package by myself, sometime other good neighbors saw the address give it back to me. I also deliver my neighbor mail and package back to them many times. The mailman was working here over 30 years? God knows how many times he completely mistaken someone's package or mail. And worst part is the office never give a shit , they never care anything wrong . Only hope they can shot down close forever, then we can order again and deliver through UPS or Fedex otherwise how can anyone order anything but deliver through this office? This has to be the worst post office in the world. The mail carrier halfway delivers the mail and if you work there is no way to get it at the post office as they can't be bothered to be open. They close early and open late. Ridiculous. Hope you don't ever have to get a certified letter or a package. My mail is constantly being returned because of these issues. read more

Long lines, short-staffed, rude employees, only open 3 hours on Saturday and really loud music. They wonder why they're going bankrupt.

1. The hours for this location are an inconvenience to customers. The post office should be open from 8:00 - noon on a Saturday. Week day hours should have a closing time of 5 or 5:30. 2. The mail delivery lady for my subdivision stuff's packages in mailboxes that do not properly fit, instead of leaving them at the door. When she stuffs the packages that are too big for my mailbox, it loosens the mailbox from the pole. I had to pay to get my mailbox repaired because she broke it. 3. Only good thing I can say is that the people are nice that work in the front. read more

4:30 is too early for a BUSINESS to close on a weekday. No one working 9-5 gets off work early enough to make it to the post office by closing time. If the early closing time is to cut operating costs then just shut that pathetic branch down. read more
