So we went into the location on West Sunset in Springdale, AR. A very nice young man helped us box up the package and told us it would be there by 12/26. Well, today is the 27th and I can't even track it. When I try, all I can see is that UPS doesn't even HAVE THE PACKAGE! How can they not have it when I was inside the UPS store?
