I handed over the file on a USB thumb drive. I knew what I needed, and had nothing but a prayer that it could be printed and cut before the mail went out. These people accommodated me without flinching, treating me with nothing short of--dare I say?--love. Being fascinated with machinery, I asked if I could see their bad@$$ paper cutter. They immediately walked me back to the production floor where I watched my order flawlessly printed then cut by a veteran operator running a precision beast of a six-foot-wide, razor-sharp paper guillotine that puts the French Revolutionary Jacobins to shame.
