Wonderful staff, really go out of their way to help and solve your problems. Convenient off street parking is a bonus.

It's peaceful and quiet here. 8 people in front of me let's see how long it takes for me to get out of here. Looks like they only have 2 customer service people at the windows. After having a verbal altercation with this woman; and while she cursed me out in front of everyone; even the managers, I asked for her name to make a complaint. an employee ( white guy, beard; I think he was the manager) wouldn't give me her name. he asked the woman if it was okay for me to know her name; she said her name is Krystal - Crystal. I'll attach a photo so we know exactly who we are talking about! Krystal - Crystal does not deserve to have a position at the United States post office. Not only doesn't she sits and text all day on the job; but she brings her child to work with her. On many, many occasions she has had her child with her which is unprofessional. The managers let the employees get away with a lot. Crystal - Krystal and I exchanged words back and forth. When i asked a simple question she stood behind the window with this confused look on her face. I currently have a PO Box at this location I was notified through tracking that my package had arrived. I never received a pink slip. I usually go to a employee and ask if my package is available for pick up; depending on the employee (there's a short staff of good employees at this location) they usually go in the back and find my package with ZERO issues! I asked Krystal-Crystal to go check in the back for my package. She gave me attitude. We started to argue. She mentioned how I lived in Stapleton houses and judged me on where I lived which was rude. for your information "Krystal-Crystal" Im here with my family while my husband is on a deployment. I have no family back in Miramar California. I'm here with my children; children I created with my HUSBAND in which I have the privilege to afford child care while I work AND in which i have family that helps me with my children while I do simple tasks as in going to WORK! unfortunately ms Krystal-Crystal made some poor choices. And she does not take her job seriously at all. she sits behind that window texting with this dumb founded look on her face. she also threatened me by telling me "I know where you and your kids live". The day you think about coming for me and family will be your day. I wouldn't recommend getting a PO Box here. I will file a few complaints and make sure she never disrespects another customer again. read more

This is one of the better post offices in Staten Island. It is not as busy as others and the personnel here are always courteous and helpful unlike the people at the main PO. I park in the back - maybe I'm not supposed to, but there isn't other parking available. read more

Actually had a great time here. The service was lightning fast, and they had boxes for sale that fit exactly the stuff I was mailing. I know people hate on the post office all the time but this one was actually really good, especially the really friendly and helpful customer service. read more

This post office is a disgrace. Every time I have a Sunday delivery, their carriers wait until the end of the day and then make a false claim that they attempted delivery. I have four cameras outside my place. Why the blatant lies??? read more

The woman behind the counter was very rude - couldn't answer a simple question with a yes or no answer. Terrible.

Avoid. Avoid! AVOID!!! I'm not a fan of post offices but this one is so epically bad, I wouldn't wish on my worst enemies. Or Republicans. This is my favorite post office. Although the workers have to deal with an abundance of sales they stay happy to assist. Always a supervisor in the lobby to answer your questions or get your package to allow you to skip the line. read more

The employees are just horrific here. There is an employee who literally sits behind the window and never looks at customers in the face. She is always on her phone and has extremely poor customer service etiquette. She usually sits at one of the first windows. Nasty face, nasty attitude and she is always on her phone. Crazy how I have applied for a job with the USPS and never got an interview which is a slap in the face when I see employees with below average work ethics with the skill I have. Anyway, Farque? That guy is delusional. He denied me service after he told me to fill out a form and come back to the window. When I came back, he said he didn't remember me. Mind you it was 5 minutes after he first served me. He denied me service by saying "I will not serve you." Farque and the girl with the nasty face who texts all day, should be fired. When is the USPS going to start inspecting their locations? These employees are extremely rude and unprofessional and do not deserve this job. There are many other qualified people who will make this location thrive. There are only two employees that are great. Sorry to sound vague, but there is a Caucasian woman and African American man that work there are are staunch professionals. I love getting their assistance. Your package carrier cannot read instructions on my storm door there is a note its been there for ten or more years, Doorbell not working PLEASE KNOCK ON INNER DOOR this is 2 days in a row he did the same thing with my sons package yesterday can you hire someone that can read, you have to see the downstairs door when you walk in and i'm always home since I retired he has not gone past the mailbox at all which is only one step to the storm door he has not tried knocking on any door when I worked for the post office (letter carrier) we even had to go back to deliver a small pkg when we were done with the mail read more
