Waiting on line to enter the store or waiting for your turn feels like waiting at the Post Office or at a retail store... a much better feeling than waiting on line at the DMV. I come here a few times to return Amazon packages when the option to return at Kohls isn't available. No need to box up the package as UPS will take care of it. Just need the items and the QR code to scan. Easy peasy. Never have an issue here. The clerks are quick and efficient to keep the line moving while maintaining safety. Only a few people are allow inside the shop so there can be a line social distancing outside. read more

Short Review; I often ship my deliveries here when I place orders from Banana Republic because it's very close to my home and unfortunately we have a thief/thieves in my building who steal packages. Luckily for me, BR offers the option to ship here. Very simple process, you just give your name and they go get your package. The staff here is cordial and the wait time is never very long. I believe I may have shipped one item from here, but basically this location is strictly for me to get my purchases. Thanks for giving me a safe alternative to retrieve my orders. read more

Employees definitely get the work done! My only complaint is that I've been there at 8:30 am and the place is still closed. This happened 3 times. So, I leave, But I come back in 10 minutes ... they're open. It's just frustrating when I'm trying to meet a deadline. Called ahead and went in to get a document notarized. Notary went smooth however it cost $6. I know other UPS stores charge $2. Looking at my receipt I saw it was $2 for the notary and $4 for a "walk in fee." I asked the staff person if there was a fee for walking in and he said the "signature" is $2 and the "service charge" is $4. Didn't realize the signature itself wasn't the service I asked for. Overall just felt it shady and as if they overcharged. Won't be going back. read more

There is no organization or structure of order in this location. I pay for my packages to be delivered here and this is the 4th time a package is sent back, although i have been prompt in picking them up. They accumulate and pile up packages, the packages are not available because of the mess. On top of it the manager never seems to be available to resolve any issues. I approached the lady behind the counter who quickly snapped to attention asking what I needed. I told her that I was there for a few Amazon returns, and had two different invoices for three items (two different orders.) She quickly sprang into action and got the packaging material, taped the shipping label to them for me and folded and included the part that goes inside with the package with the corresponding packages. The clerk was very friendly and maintained a smile the entire time along with a pleasant attitude. She finished in a zip and asked if there was anything else I needed - which I did not. The short bearded guy with the glasses is the most disrespectful guy I ever encountered. I understand there is a pandemic (covid19) going on so people get nervous, but ever since walking in. No greeting, no "how can I help you today" nothing. I was adjusting my mask b/c it's very loose and the guy absolutely snapped, I'm quiet this entire time. Before I even leave the place he's talking to his co workers about me "it's common sense". I told him he can be a nice about it. But talks over me yelling "NEEXXT!!" Do yourself a favor and go to Fedex or USPS instead. I was shipping an iPad to Canada, had them pack and label the box. And it wound up getting returned THREE TIMES because they didn't do it right. I paid every time to resend it because they said I had to, even though it was their fault. Now I have been waiting FOUR MONTHS on a refund that they said they sent twice already, and have gotten so many pointless emails from them. Both the people in this store and the people at UPS corporate are clueless swindlers who have NO interest in providing any kind of customer service. Its funny how many bad reviews they have on google. You can really see why. The line "we have new management now, please try us again," is clearly just a big old line of BS. Love this UPS location. I usually do drop off here and always had a pleasant experience. It's very quick and they print you a receipt. If you have to print anything, that costs money so don't ask them to print anything for you. Also, I wish we could route packages to this location for pick up of packages if we can't make it at home. Long story short: Employees in general seem competent and friendly. Manager was shady and dishonest, withholding information in order to get me to use their marked up shipping services. The store can meet your general office and shipping needs in pinch but I'd choose a different location based on the service I received. I recently visited this UPS store location to ship back a return item I had ordered online. The package was small (6"x6"x8") and weighed less than 2lbs. Total value of the package was $20. When I asked for the cheapest shipping price, the store manager, Jason, quoted me over 20 dollars. I thought this was really expensive and said I'd take it to the US Post Office to ship instead. At this point the manager says "We have USPS service here, I can just look up the price for you." He then quotes me 18 dollars and says, where you shipping it? Oh Pennsylvania? Yea, there's no way to get it cheaper because this must be a rural area and it's the holiday season. Here let me give you a UPS employee discount and see what I can do. At this point he quotes me 13 dollars and says again...this is the lowest price you can get to ship this package, whether you take it to FedEx, DHL, etc. I decided to ship the package for ~$13 based off this information...but it still seemed really expensive so I went online and looked up the USPS prices and it they were under $6, less than half of what he had quoted as "the lowest price you can get anywhere." I called back to complain about this and Jason proceeded to backpedal and say there's no way for him to know all the shipping prices, that he never told me his price was the cheapest, and that at no point was he dishonest. After arguing for a few minutes he decides to offer me a refund. 1) He's a manager at a UPS store....pretty sure he has a general idea about shipping options/prices. 2) I'm 100% sure he quoted me the "cheapest price you can get anywhere" 3) Saying I can't get a cheaper price because the location was rural and it's the holiday season. Wrong and dishonest. I return to the store and at no point did he own up to or apologize for his actions. Only said "thank you" as I left the store. Obviously the hassle of having to return to the store and dishonestly of the manager outweighed the monetary issue(shipped at local post office for $5.75). Just a shame when people refuse to acknowledge their mistakes and make amends, especially during a customer service interaction. read more

Amazon has practically reshaped my shopping needs when it comes to cost and selection. But what I dont like is when my purchase is defective. This is where my local UPS store comes into play. I just print a shipping label and attach to my box and wham bam thank you maam!! Walk in the store they scan my label and hand me a receipt and I am back out the door. Very helpful, efficient and friendly staff! An important package was marked as out for delivery with UPS on their website but never got delivered. Eddie got on the phone and starting making phone calls even though it was just a few minutes before closing on a Friday and tried to find out what had happened to my package. Ultimately it got delivered the next business day which was Monday (no fault of the UPS store) but I appreciated the effort. Jason is really nice too! read more

And if you have no other choice like I do, it's required because UPS won't leave your packages in the LOCKED building like FedEx, USPS will. Rip off. I tried shipping by Direct TV Equipment yesterday from this location. First off lets start with the fact that the 1 employee who was there had no customer service skills from what I saw. The line was getting longer and longer, mind you it is not a big location. She never acknowledged anyone else on this line. No, "I will be right with you" " Sorry for the wait" etc. Zilch, Nada!!!!! I stood on line for 20 minutes, and she was still working with the same customer. This must have been this world's most difficult transaction. If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. I did a print job online to be printed at this store. I picked it up and a bunch of pages were missing. The 2 gentlemen working there, Danny and Brandon,tried to reprint but the pages still wouldn't print. They worked together and figured out the issue and printed it all out for me.
