The forms are full color, 3-to-a-page, double-sided - not just something that can be printed off at home printer. Patrick was so easy to work with. He was prompt, efficient, and super responsive by email. Best of all, it was clear he had actually read my initial request - there were no annoyingly redundant questions, no misunderstandings, everything was exactly right. We were told we could purchase packing supplies located near the counter and pack up the items to ship. They do not pack. Not a problem. We purchased 4 boxes and packing tape to create 2 boxes with our own bubble wrap to pack the accessories for shipping. The Manager came out and proceeded to tell us for future reference, that they are not a pack and ship location and they have supplies available for purchase for their I'm assuming "local" clients. When I asked is there a problem with us purchasing and packing our items for shipping, he commented it's your opinion. What does that even mean. He reiterated for future reference. Have no fear, there will be no future visits to this location. I'm a huge FedEx fan and have been in many locations all across the country. They always have exemplary customer service. Today was very disappointing. With so many people across this country in such dire situations and in need of employment, this guy needs a serious attitude adjustment. I looked up the locations website while waiting for my plane to arrive and it stated a location to purchase packing supplies and shipping. If that's not the case, then update the website. Or your employee is misinformed. A true display of discrimination and ignorance. I've been in customer service related industries for over 30 years and found his discriminatory attitude unexceptionable and rude. The girl who processed the order was efficient. They have delivered my packages in the rain and almost ruined them completely it had been raining hard all day before they came during the time of they delivered the item and after. They left in the direct pouring of rain and the box was completely soaked through. They have sent my packaged back several times to the point they end across the us somewhere else and never get delivered. I have watched the trail of their acceptance of my packages of not but then I see yhry apparently do not and they get sent somewhere else completely. They make off comments to me. Also, being a smaller community, you may run into neighbors catching up on the latest news or gossip in town. Recently, a postal processing facility in Pocatello, Idaho was shuttered, so all mail is sorting through Salt Lake City. I recommend selecting a trackable package for any sensitive materials and allowing for a little extra delivery time.

After noting that Bellevue was closed, I drove to Hailey to get my mail stamped, only to find it was also closed. I do not recall 12/31/24 as a Federal Holiday. As a business owner, I needed some things postmarked 12/31/24 and figured since 12/31 is NOT a Federal Holiday they would be open to serve the public. So does the mail I put in the box get postmarked the 31st or is it just too bad? I would like an answer regarding this.
