Unaware of him, he came around the corner of my house and told me that he was in fact delivering me my mail and that he had his eye on me and that I should place my mail on hold in another state where I had relocated for familial support. Long story short, I am actually scared of him and have not identified his face as he had dark tinted sunglasses on. He's been here at evening hours while it was dark to just deliver the newspaper with a headlight on.
