I called to make sure it was in stock and available and the gentleman in the phone was extremely helpful. I rented a yard brush that is typically used to sweep gravel out of grass. I used it to sweep the acorns out of my yard this spring. It worked fantastic. They provided me with a small gas can that already had the gas oil mix in it so that was helpful. I'll be going to them for any future rental needs.

A few years ago, I rented heavy equipment from this business to remove trees on my property and paid extra for their rental protection plan specifically to avoid major liability concerns. When I returned the equipment, I was honest about the damage that had occurred and fully disclosed everything upfront. I was told they would assess the situation and follow up. Instead, weeks later, I received a bill for several thousand dollars with no prior communication, explanation, or courtesy call. When I called for clarification, I was given an explanation over the phone and asked to come in if I wanted to better understand the charges. Upon arriving, what should have been a simple customer service conversation quickly turned into one of the most hostile and arrogant business interactions I've ever experienced. During my discussion with the store manager, another employee--later identified as Josh Bresson, believed to be the owner's son--abruptly inserted himself into the conversation in an aggressive, rude, and confrontational manner. Despite my calm and respectful approach, he treated me as though I was there to deceive or attack them. His behavior was arrogant, hostile, and completely unacceptable. Over the following months, I was harassed with repeated billing attempts, excessive fees, rude messages, and eventually an unauthorized charge of several thousand dollars placed on my credit card without my approval. When confronted, Josh doubled down with threats, boasting that his contract was "bulletproof," that he had "never lost in court," and aggressively implied I had no chance of winning. Well, we went to court--and he lost. The judge ruled in my favor, confirming that the damages were in fact covered under the rental protection plan I had purchased from the beginning. This entire ordeal demonstrated a shocking level of dishonesty, intimidation tactics, and predatory business behavior. Rather than honoring their agreement, they attempted to bully and financially pressure a customer who had acted honestly from day one. I strongly caution anyone considering doing business here: read everything carefully, document every interaction, and be prepared for an experience that may be far more about intimidation than customer service. Professionalism, integrity, and ethical treatment of customers appear to be severely lacking here.

Iwas very disappointed with my service on March 14th with Metro Laundry I brought my laundry in as…read moreI do weekly on Fridays or Saturdays to have my laundry washed during the day early day and it usually takes an hour and a half to 2 hours This day it took over four and a half hours and my laundry came back not smelling good Actually it looked as if it was still dirty like I dropped it off only maybe folded and put back into my laundry bag I had pop stains and minor stains on searching shirts or pants that came out with any other wash and I have been coming there for 4 and 1/2 years and been very happy with their services They must have a new person working she was rude and I tip very very well always and now I have a sweatshirt that I put on today which is a week later after March 14th and realize it is ruined There are three holes in the collar and a black streak running from the collar to the shoulder I have not been able to speak to the owner I contemplated on whether to complain or not during the week about how unhappy I was cuz 3/4 of the laundry I picked up and paid for last Friday I threw back in the dirty clothes because it smelled bad from the laundromat and the stains and the fabric freshener and the services that I've always paid for and been super happy with was just disintegrated that day I pay a nice payment to these young ladies to help to do this laundry because I have so many things to do during the weekend and this day was a very very turn of sad events I am waiting to speak to the owner Richard I believe his name is and ask him what happened Like I said I've been going there four and a half years and but so happy with my service and the laundry I pick up and usually pay over $30 and plus well above the tip range because I'm so happy with their service but not on March 14th Thank you very kindly Jodi

Never in a million year or even if i have to go 10 light years just to find another laundry company. I'd take it because my shirts are all stained in pee.
