Several things. First, I've had generally satisfactory results here. Not amazing, but fine…read more Secondly, we put a 2-week hold on our mail while we were on vacation. It was scheduled to arrive after we returned. After a few days, no mail. So we went in and asked if we could get our held mail. We were told that all held mail had been delivered. Literally, 4 months later, we get the mail. Fast forward to last week. Our neighbor knocked on our door and asked if we received a package. We had not. Apparently, the post office told her that they delivered it to her house. Then they told her they put it in her mailbox. Then they told her they put it on our porch and gave her our address implying we stole her package and saying to her, "we're not supposed to do this." I then get a note from the postal carrier asking we return the package they mistakenly delivered to our address that we never received! A few days later, I found the package on the side of my house in a garden bed when I went to clean out leaves. So not only does this place illegally give people addresses out to disgruntled people and accuse it's customers of being thieves, they can't even do their damn job and deliver the mail.

Maybe 2 computers and mostly self service stations. Staff is usually young college staff because yeah near the campus. Some friendly, some not. Maybe 2 staff there at one time so don't go during.peak hours if you need assistance. Limited parking on a side street. Prices to print a copy is about $.22 per page so reasonable unless you need to print alot of items or ship something. Most folks can do alot of things on their own computers. Not to mention the library lets you print alot of items for free around here. Sorry to see alot of these places go out of business. It still comes in handy in a pinch.

Midway through the scan, the window disappeared. Because of the software FedEx installs, I couldn't use task manager to close the program. Because of same, I couldn't logout and start over while a program was running. I asked for help and they did a hard restart. Except they forgot to actually restart, they just switched it off. After two minutes, I had to ask them how to turn on the computer. Finally, I got my pages scanned. I gave them an extra star because the woman who helped me was very friendly and refunded a bunch of money.
