The item never made it into the tracking system, yet they tell me "that's too bad, but we are not responsible." They insist that it's FedEx's fault and that we should take it up with the place we were shipping too even tough the package never left their store. My guess would be that they saw what was in the package and decided to keep it for themselves. Beware!

In the end, the last straw was a HUGE, unexpected rate increase that put the price higher than their excellent competitor (begins with an M and ends with abeys). Now, "temperature controlled" means they heat only up to 55 degrees and "cool" down to 80 degrees. Guardian kept the temperatures at around 68, which is what a customer deserves. I also heard that the head honcho at Prime told his employees to charge customer some fees without notifying said customers first. When an employee refused to do that, insisting on making a courtesy call, that employee was fired for insubordination. Prime seems to hold its customers in contempt, squeezing every penny out of us and offering no true security or good service in return. It's disgusting to think that a company is run by a man with no decent goodness. I usually don't post reviews but I feel it's important to protect those who might be hoping to store their belongings in a truly temperature-controlled unit.

He fixed the problem and the amount was reasonable and in this day and age that is so important. He took his time and explained what the problem was and what we needed to do in the future!
