You folks giving more than one star have obviously never been to another post office. This place has a well deserved and long time reputation of being slow, dirty, beat up and unfriendly. Absolutely the worst post office I have ever frequented. I will drive out of my way to go to the little post office in the back of the convenience store on 123 in Norwalk. Whoever runs this PO should have been fired a loooooong time ago. Even the carriers who stop by my mail box are not really friendly. Trump was right, cut these people to the bone. Fat pensions, lifetime benefits and they can't work with a smile? No wonder they lose money in a torrent. Awful awful awful. read more

This post office constantly misdelivers mail and when you call to let them know a very nasty manager there by the name of Kim tries to make excuses for their extreme incompetence. DE-LUS-IONAL .... OK!!! First of ALL, this is supposed to be the PLACE for passports, with the SMARTEST passport guy "self claimed" in Fairfield County. BE WARNED! I walk in, and felt confidence in the man who calls himself the "passport king" .. pretty much long story short, they screwed up my passport twice, gave me inaccurate information, had me run around to renew license/ applying for a passport card for it all to be thrown back in my face by the US government. I then went to Westport post office where the guy there was humble, walked me through the passport process and within 6 days they expedited me my CARD and my PASSPORT , do not go to this location ... you will regret it. read more

Quaint location, great parking, walking distance from many businesses, excellent employees, quick service- all that I need from a USPS. Keep up the amazing work! I wish more post offices were this pleasant + efficient. read more

In the past, this location was more pleasant. More recently, new employees at service desk have been RUDE beyond words, especially one female. No reason for this. Management should step up and tell the employees to be COURTEOUS to customers. If the employee doesn't like their job, then they should get ANOTHER JOB. Please manage your employees better. Mailed a USPS priority mail on 12/3/18 and it's still not delivered by 12/10/18 and they promised delivery on 12/6/18. Went to the office and asked them for the help of tracking (I lost the receipt and it's thought there will never be a problem for the delivery). They should be able to check their system with the date of transaction, amount they charged and the destination of the mail to find the record and gave tracking information. But the manager is quite rude and said they cannot do this by 12/21/18 since they were so busy and people were on the line. I was on the line for a long time also and they charged my card without getting the mail delivered on time and didn't even trying to help for the tracking! read more

This post office is in a great location, has parking and all the amenities you expect. Staff are really nice and helpful apart from one - Brenda. She is downright rude and condescending whilst serving you but still manages to comply 'parrot fashion' with the post office customer service regulations seemingly. She speaks and looks at you like you are a piece of dirt under her shoe and woe betide you if you dare to ask for help. Prepare for the death stare! I've put up with her on a number of occasions now and have had enough. I am a regular in that post office location and am well recognized by the staff. If you're lucky and she's in a good mood she will be polite but very rarely personable. It's like talking to a robot. As long as you have simple transactions to process it's fine. Yesterday I had a parcel to send to Mexico and was unsure about how to ship it. Well ....the reaction from her...she was SO cold and unhelpful. Barked one word instructions at me to fill out a customs form, didn't help as to how to fill it in, didn't hand me a pen and just nodded at me to reach over her counter to stretch for the pen!!!! Then proceeded to tap her nails impatiently on the counter whilst I filled it in...with no one in line behind me!!!! When I dared to ask where the tracking number was on the parcel she just looked at me like I was completely stupid and nodded at the customs form and said incredulously 'THERE!'. OMG I have never received such vile customer service like this. I will let someone else behind me in the line go in front before I choose to be served by her in the future . It's not just me either...I have witnessed her be very rude to other customers frequently. I cannot believe she gets away with such horrible behavior and will ask next time I'm there how I can make an official complaint. I've even witnessed other people letting people go in front of them in the line to avoid being served by her. So, all in all, a great post office and really nice staff apart from 'BRENDA'.
