I moved less than 3 miles and it was a little bit of a fiasco to the lack of communication (assuming) between the movers and owner. Lastly I feel the owner is a bit snippy as he is angry I didn't use him for my cross country move. I told him I needed my antiques crated which is a service they don't provide. When I called back the other day to see if they could move another item - they told me it would be really expensive and can't fit me in till the end of September. Whatever. Anyway very nice guys. The packing-up was smooth and quick and the loading-in was smooth and quick. Their method was like a three man conveyor belt system; one loading/unloading the truck, one from the truck and up the elevator, one from the elevator into the apartment.
