I get it. It's 4:40 and you are counting down the minutes till the clock strikes five. I've never moved before. I let you know my previous post office told me to inquire with staff at both my old location and the new post office to see if there is any mail being held since I was expecting some packages and the PO Box we have is small. It's been a week so I figured it was safe to inquire. You were obviously pissed off at my inquiry, had a huge attitude, and had "resting b.. face." For someone who is making amazing money working for the government, you think you wouldn't mind... gee... I don't know... handling my post office issue since you work at a post office. As soon as I left the building my boyfriend and I said at the same time how unprofessional and attitude stricken she was. The location is nice, the service was horrible. She should take a field trip to the North Attleboro location to learn a thing or two about service with a smile. read more

Does anyone actually work here? I've been calling the Winchendon, MA location for 2 days now and no one picks up. One of the mail carriers didn't deliver a giftcard, and I need to know where it is and how to get it back here. The merchant it came from is telling me it's not their problem. This card has been expected for 2 weeks now, and I was home the day of expected delivery. My carrier didn't recognize the name on the mail and decided to not deliver it. I've never had a problem before with the merchant or this item being delivered for the person it was addressed to at my address. read more

This is the most aggressive and hard to work with post office I've ever had to deal with. The constant issues I have to deal with from receiving neighbors mail, stuff being overstuffed into my mailbox, packages not delivered with "unable to deliver do to extreme weather event or natural disaster" to "driveway blocked" whenever the weather isn't sunny. I'm okay with things being late and I have been open to communication, but whenever I have to call the post office location itself I'm either greeted with the sound of a phone slamming, the phone being taken off the hook, someone cutting me off mid sentence before I can finish what I'm saying just for them to hang up and prevent me from getting any kind of solution. I've worked with some AMAZING Postal Workers in my day, fantastic locations with some of the hardest working people I have ever met and it upsets me since now there are talks about having the USPS being disbanded and it's going to be actions from locations like this that get used as a shining example of why they should be. I seriously don't want that to happen to the USPS but the amount of petty drama and chaos that comes so often from this location is getting out of control. *Please rethink and know customers at the end of the day need you and appreciate you even if they don't know how to say it. Don't give Dejoy and the people who plan on eliminating the USPS the ammunition they need to bring about the end of something we all need. read more

I was home all day and had my eyes open like a hawk, they skipped delivery to my address. They wrote an excuse about not being able to reach my home to deliver but never even drove down my road. I call them and they tell me their system is down and that's why they could not deliver and they promptly hang up. I call again and I'm told they couldn't reach my home, ups and fedex just delivered to my home just fine. This is not how you conduct business with paying customers. The last address I was living at the post office was top notch and never skipped my address, they were also polite and hard working. I won't be purchasing shipping from usps for my business if this is how this post office wants to treat my shipments. read more

I do not mail many things in life. I have done it twice. But the attitude from staff here is so ridiculously bad I am leaving a review, regardless if I come back here or not. I first entered and saw no one, I called out hello many times because the bell to ring for help is not advertised anywhere (was hidden on a door frame in corner). But what got me was, although they heard me saying hello (room with half walls), they blantantly ignored me. They even whispered as if I wouldn't hear them and would just leave. I then tried to figure things out by myself, as to not bother them. It did not go well, because there is zero directive information, but somehow tons of posters everywhere on policies and postage, and stuff completely over my head. It was actually very overwhelming. If you are 'new' to mail, you will not find your way here without help. So when someone came in who looked like a regular mailer, I asked for their help. They showed me the bell and called the staff to me, that stranger was kind and did the best they could at the time. I thank only them now, as the actual mail staff was frankly disgusted I needed their help. She literally scoffed at me when I apologized that I didn't know what I was doing and didn't mean to bother her while she was busy. Her 'help' was constant eye rolling at my every word, exaggerated walking when she finally did leave her doorway, tthwn vague and angry pointing/gestures because she clearly didn't want to have to explain mail products at the time. She just repeated the same thing over and over to me like I was some kinda of animal who couldn't learn a trick. I could barely get a word out to express that what she was saying didn't make sense to me and to explain details where I lapsed like what certain mail terms meant. So for example, I didn't get the opportunity to ask - How much is a stamp worth? After getting no where with her repeated 'frustrations' at me, she just suddenly turned around and left for the back area. Me and the stranger stood there baffled and decided to awkwardly leave as it was clear neither of us were welcome. As we headed out, the kind stranger offered advise on other methods of mailing and even tried to help me pay for postage. I declined and thanked them, as I was content to mail my package elsewhere. read more

I'm actually looking for info how or where to make a complaint. I have a box and I'm constantly missing mail and getting other people's mail. At times I automatically open them if I expect mail from that particular company. Even when on to call the company to inquire about my balance that was surprisingly high, then hours later to find out it wasn't my account because it wasn't my mail!!! I feel very uncomfortable to open someone bank or credit card statements and have a total stranger open my personal mail in return. The post office workers need to be more careful while placing the mail in the boxes. The boxes are not for free! read more
