Initially the guest services rep. a woman rendered such substandard service to the extent that I felt like I was being treated with disdain, made to feel like an inconvenience, and certainly like no one worthy of her time. She dismissed me to a pay by minute desk top computer, did not communicate clear instructions on the steps to take to get my password protected document printed ... and a few minutes in doing no way to end the session, and that she was occupied with looking through display content i actually wondered if I could simply unplug the machine in order to stop the count that would eventually show up credit card. Frustrated I decided to head back over to the service desk , but encountered Dominic and that when an abysmal experience turned stellar. Dominic stopped the clock, processed a refund for me since the task could not be completed at a public computer, and did so with such every day ease that I instantly began to relax, and feel like a valued customer instead of someone dismissed and not worth a Staple employee's consideration. In the end Dominic helped me with a related purchase, and even though I was next in line, he took the initiative by signing in at an unoccupied cashier booth in order to process that purchase and get me on my way. Dominic addressed my need, concerns and helped me achieve the best end result considering all factors. I appreciate him and my Staples experience today. Of every experience could be handled by the Dominic's of the world I happily recommend this location and would use again.

Most everyone knows about Staples, and this store carries about what you'll find in most Staples…read morearound the country. It's a chain operation. But we give this one three stars because of the good help we received. We were looking for some specific pens and pencils and some other items and were approached by one of the employees who asked if we wanted assistance. He led us to the appropriate locations, checked back with us, pointed out some things we hadn't noticed, and generally made himself useful. Add to that, the cashier was darned friendly. We had a very pleasant experience here.

No prices on sample upholstery books, an order has to be written up to get this information and often shocking when you do. Insane. Their sale room has great fabric including upholstery for a very reasonable price. Sewing machines of European and others unknown to me are exceedingly expensive. Some of the staff are very helpful.

They were careful with the furniture and patient with me, as I changed my mind about which large cupboards went upstairs or down.
