The capacitor is roughly $30. They charged me roughly $430 IN LABOR FOR A JOB THAT TOOK LESS THAN 15 MINUTES. Plus they did not have the correct part and wired together TWO capacitors. I don't know if this is safe or even recommended for long term use. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! UPDATE: I received a call from the general manager and we were able to reach a compromise that we were both happy with - and an appointment to get the correct capacitor installed next week!

The company installed the HVAC system for our ADU in 2024. Almost immediately after the installation, we began having ongoing issues with the air conditioning. We contacted the company repeatedly over the next two years, trusting them to stand behind their work. Instead of identifying the true problem, we were charged for refrigerant and received different explanations each time, but the system was never properly repaired. After continuing to experience problems, we hired a different licensed HVAC contractor in June 2026. Their inspection found that the copper refrigerant line had been improperly installed and damaged during the original installation, causing the refrigerant leak. Because of the original installation, we had to pay approximately $5,000 to replace the damaged line and restore the system. What is most frustrating is that this expense could have been avoided had the installation been done correctly or had the company properly diagnosed the issue when we first reported it. Instead, we spent two years dealing with repeated breakdowns, unnecessary service calls, and additional costs while the actual cause remained unresolved.

Joe, the owner, came to pick up my laundry at my house, free of charge, being that I live in Woodland. I don't know if he charges, if you live out of the area. They charge by the pound, which they weigh at their place of business. Before leaving, Joe, gave me an approximate day of when my laundered clothes would be ready. Joe communicated via text with any questions and/or updates he had for me. I was able to do the same. They had my laundry washed and immaculately folded back to me in two days! Joe, came back to my home to deliver my clothes. They arrived in three securely tied up clear plastic bags. My clean clothes smelled amazing! The total charge was $60, which I felt was a reasonable amount for 30lbs. of clothes. This service was well worth it!
