I realized that one of my packages went from Pa to Ga then to Virginia , then to NJ and then back to Pa ; and I live in Westchester county NY .... ??????? They are incompetent and dead stupid . Robert was quick to scan the package and provide me my tracking number and receipt. (This was a pre-paid label so I didn't buy anything and thus can't speak to "value" as Yelp likes me to in a review.) Will absolutely consider returning if I have further package shipping needs.
