Update. I have filed multiple complaints about not receiving mail. Today over 3 months of mail was left on our door step. Smooshed and seeming like it was left out in the rain. Mailman needs to be inspected to make sure he is delivering mail in the right place and box. It's unbelievable that I would receive a call from your Lead saying that "Maybe you aren't getting any mail." Unprofessional. Constantly waiting on my bank card and having it sent out twice. Won't deliver packages to unit claiming our apartment leasing office won't accept so I have to come pick up , but was told I won't get a notice. The tracking number states that delivery attempted, business closed will re attempt delivery or unable to access to deliver. We are not gated, I do not have things shipped to our leasing office it's to my unit, I'm disabled and can't always pick up packages, that's why I need them delivered to my unit which is the service that is paid for and not getting. ​ read more

The Postal service has gotten worse here in Yuma, AZ So you don't get 11 days to pay your PO BOX because they close it to make more money off the customer. The price increases every year and the Service is worse. And the new POST MASTER Don't help the public. VERY SAD! read more

I would give this place 5 stars if the self service kiosk worked. The kiosk makes everything so much easier. Instead you have to wait in a line 15 people deep. There is nothing more grievous than to have a boss who is hell bent on ruining a company. A company based on honor, integrity and service to the public. But Louis Dejoy has done just that. Following the directives of the demented President Trump, committed election tampering and broke the HAVA act. Mail now, after the election is delayed or not delivered costing Americans their hard earned money and reputations. I pay my bills using the USPS. However, now I am having to cancel checks not received, pay late fees and watch my credit rating tumble. Did I mention the outside of the facility? It's an eyesore! After being devoted to supporting the USPS, I may have to shift to online, electronic bill payment. At this point the USPS needs to be completely defunded and abolished. This is the worst. "Attempted delivery" notices in my email when I was home, and outside waiting for my items. One item wAs only attempted to deliver once before getting returned to sender. The only time or reason I use this service is when there is no other choice. You would have better luck with pigeons. read more

She was very condescending when I asked about shipping rates and shipping time. When I pointed out her rudeness she snapped at me that I was welcome to go to Fedex. The mail delivery here is very, I repeat very unreliable. Some days they deliver mail and sometimes not. The different times, sometimes 2pm and sometimes 11pm. They put your mail in someone else's mailbox. Customer service does not exist, I repeat, does not exist. read more

I live in the Citrus view subdivision, once again my small package was misdelivered. This is the second time now on a small package. In order to file a claim it ask for the insurance#. I called the Post Office both times, although they tried to recover it, no such luck. Told to file a claim. Really? The item wasn't worth insuring. Once again I'm SOL! It's not uncommon for a neighbor to deliver misdelivered mail as I have done it also. My neighbor deliver my SSN tax document to my house yesterday. Not getting that would have been a real hassle for me. Never lived anywhere that USPS was so unreliable. read more

Went today for a passport appointment scheduled at 11AM. We were told to fill out the application form & come back to Michelle's station once done. Came back 10 mins later, no ones there and another worker passing by told us to have a seat and wait. 30 mins later Michelle comes back & helps an appointment who JUST came in. She sees us & asks if we filled out our application, we say yes but she continues to help the person who came in after us instead and never apologized. She wasn't informative and had a cold attitude towards us. read more

I had misplaced my key for my mail box . There was a bit of a line but when isn't there when you go to any government agency . The employees were fair and knowledgeable . I spoke with joe a supervisor to help me resolve my issue he went above and beyond to assist . Being a fed employee myself I know first hand that we are stretched out as much as we can to do the job for 3 people. Have a little patience and remember kindness goes along ways . read more

We've been in business In Yuma for 15+ years, it's always been hit and miss with the mail carriers over the years. We're on Route 91, at our complex there is a large number of office Suites, soon as our current carrier got the route it was known immediately in a giant way! Right away he completely renumbered all the boxes which were all over the place before! He goes way above and beyond just with the mail delivery always making sure the customers are taken care of, I've confirmed with other business owners via small talk all with exact same experience with his service! He takes Huge Pride in his work & service which unfortunately seems to be a lost trait with a lot of fields! USPS is extremely Fortunate to have him as an employee! As a long time business owner it's extremely difficult And a Very rare thing to find good employees, especially finding the Ones, the Elites! This carrier is the Elite, Really should have a BIG promotion, be in charge of training new carriers and/or all carriers on customer service and work ethics! I wish we had him badly on our home Rural route as well, that route is a completely different story, Night & Day in comparison, really its nothing short of a daily/weekly Nightmare! It really make me appreciate the service we receive daily at our business address! The service never changes ever, its consistently awesome all the time! Someone has to know about the job this guy does every day, hopefully a Superviser/Manager gets to see this review he deserves recognition for above and beyond service!! read more

Mail carrier would not let spouse sign for registered letter and said that it could need to be picked-up the following day at the main post office here in Yuma, Az. I went the following day, waited 30 minutes in line and another 20 minutes while the postal rep. searched for my letter; When she returned, she said that she could not find it, and that she would bring the matter to a supervisor and that I would be contacted by phone. It's been three days now: No telephone call, and no letter. Based on this and previous experience with some of the Main Post Office personnel and postal carriers, I would be fine if the USPS ceased to exist tomorrow--no big loss. read more

Horrible customer service! I had a pre-paid return label for my package and after waiting in a long line they would not tape on my label and accept the package. They asked me to step out of line, get tape off the wall, put tape on my label, and get back and wait in line all over again. Ridiculous! It would have taken 2 pieces of tape and 30 seconds to tape it on. I left and went over to the UPS Store on the Big Curve Shopping Center and they were amazing! Go to UPS Store on Big Curve because they provide USPS services and even gladly taped on my label for me! read more

The worst service ever! I've had to file several claims for items that were scanned as delivered, yet I did not receive anything. I know for a fact that those items were not delivered because I was home all day waiting for the packages. I get one call from them and I was unable to answer right away so I call them back and the line is busy. I spent one hour calling over and over and I never got to speak to anyone. Then today I get a call that they are closing the most recent claim because I never answered their "many" attempted calls. I call back and what do you know, I spent another 40 minutes dialing over and over with no luck. This place is a joke! read more

To be expected, there was a long line, but I wanted to compliment the staff for their efficiency, cheerfulness and helpfulness. Extremely slow in absolutely every aspect. Branch store is slow, delivery even slower, and don't get me started on the phone service. I've been waiting for a package for 5 days past file very date. I confirmed on the online tracking service and the tracking stop three days after it was originally processed and no updates were available after. Concerned, I called in to customer support and waited over an hour in their "phone line" after I was finally answered the rep gave me no information about my package except for that, "the delivery is slow" WOW, ya don't say... I could have told you that. He didn't answer my question as to where it might have been processed last so I can better track it. Last tracking info was that it was in Jersey, I'm in Yuma Az... he had no other information to offer except for that it was "slow" save your self the headache and go with another carrier for dilevery. read more
