A relatively new post office about a mile above the interstate. Our part of town was so proud to get this facility and now it's just part of the furniture. Always plenty of room in the parking lot. Easy in and out if you are headed north on US 27/N Monroe. Little more work to get in and back out if you are heading into town. We have always had good service when we have had to go inside to buy stamps or mail a package. Like any post office, it depends on the time of day, day of the week, time of the month or time of the year whether you will have to stand in line or just breeze in, take care of your business and breeze back out. read more

Worst service ever. Delivered my package to a parcel locker in an entirely different zip code even though confirmed the shipping address was supposed to be to my house. I live in 32312 and they delivered it to a random parcel locker in 32303. I don't even know where at they can't tell me any other info and refuse to locate my package that had the correct shipping address on it that they mis delivered. I went to this location and called multiple times being promised by a guy named Travis that a supervisor would be contacting me and have yet to hear anything from a supervisor. My package was misdelivered 7 days ago now and still don't have the package. Terrible customer service, terrible mail handlers. What's the point in paying shipping with a company if the company obviously doesn't even know how to deliver things properly? read more

This location is LAZY ! The drivers are LAZY AS HELL! Marking items delivered, knowing you didn't delivered. Then when they can't find it, they just say sorry and close the case. I had to reopen my last case twice. And it took TWO MONTHS before my item SHOWED UP IN MY MAIL BOX. Most times, it would be marked delivered and then show up days later. I even have MEDICINE saying delivered, that I don't have. I have plenty a friends who work for USPS, so I know EXACTLY WHAT BE HAPPENING. Lazy mfrs! Yall need to do better. I need to speak to someone to find out if this is the location my packages are being held up at so I can make the 2 hour trip to come pick them up rather than wait another 9 days to maybe get them or not. I held the phone for someone to answer and got shut down because no one answered. What good is it to wait like you ask us to if your not going to answer. That raise you got and the money I spent to have ssi documents sent to me to get them signed and sent back to ssi in time isn't going to happen now. I asked for my money back and was told that wasn't going to happen either. So you want another raise. I have reported the entire USPS to the waste fraud and abuse dept. at the federal government. So your raises may not happen again for a very long time. I say to others to do the same. They are on X and Trump Social. Trump social is manned by Trumps people. Horrible service. From giving wrong information to not setting up services paid for. No one at this location cares about anyone receiving mail. We purchased a PO box to fix an issue we had with being able to receive our mail. We were given all wrong information on multiple occasions and the box was never opened at all after paying 60 dollars. We were offered a refund and then told we had no option for refund after arriving back at the location. Every time we have had to go to pick up mail there is nothing in the box and we are lied to about having mail at the location. After a big fuss on occasion we have been given weeks of mail at one time. Manager gave me a work cell to call and got mad because i was upset after being given the wrong information by her more than once. Her response was that she was no longer holding any of my mail. Even after admitting fault on multiple occasions. Unprofessional and inconsiderate. Very inconvenient. Location needs to hire all new staff or they may as well not be there. read more

Tallahasse, FL -AVOID this location. Do NOT drop your package off here (if you have to, don't leave without a receipt). It was my own fault not to read the bad reviews beforehand. I dropped off my package to be returned to eBay, so there was plenty of time to meet the return deadline. My package got delivered a little over a MONTH Later, which proved to be a nightmare to get a refund from eBay. read more

Disclaimer: MY mailbox number was 437. For about 4 months we have been getting a lot of different peoples mail from separate units. My leasing office has spoken to the mail lady multiple times about this yet our personal cards sometimes never show up or they are in someone's else's mailbox. To the mail lady that swears up and down that she knows the difference between apartment 437 and 437-1, on top of that y'all come out here and sit on the phone smoking cigarettes and cussing with your friends on the phone while delivering my mail. The manager here dosent care at all. I stated my concerns after attempting multiple times to have my leasing office speak with the mail people. The mail lady kept confirming she knew the difference but obviously not. I have and will keep reporting this to the USPS number with the managers name at this location and a video of their worker cussing while on the phone delivering my mail about how somebody went to jail. read more

Worse Delivery service, I always track any packages I have coming in and 5 out of 10 times after I leave for the day ( 7pm as this is a business ) I discover the next day the package is reported delivered at mailbox before I had even left the previous day . It takes me several hours to try to contact someone with the Post Office and when I do all they tell me is it was reported delivered. Then I have to spend hours trying to get the Sender of the packages to believe that even though the tracking shows it had been delivered it had not! read more

Again, why is it that every time I try to call the post office, no one answers? It means I always have to go to the post office to ask a question which is often inconvenient when I have work and other things to do. That's the same case I experienced here. I had a pretty simple question and had to wait in a very long line when only two people were working only to be pushed away and told that there was nothing I could do about my issue. Mailbox got broken into and keyhole is no longer functioning. I put in a request for a new mailbox/key at the end of January. It's now Mid April, and I've filled out 3 hold mail/ new mailbox forms and every time I go in they act as if this is a new issue. I've presented my story to every clerk and I get the same answer (our guys will be out X weekend to fix it). I overheard two customers on my last visit that had similar issues. At this point they have started piling mail into my Mailbox that I have no access too. The last mailman dropped my package off to me and complained that I need to get my mailbox fixed because he was tired of coming to my door. Just bad! I cant put it another way. I frequent this place and there is always something that is just sub par..... The location is kind of hard to find and in an awkward place. The building is old and disgusting. It is rotting and all tarnished. I cringe touching anything in there. Mind you, this is the most popular post office in the area since it is so centralized. Don't be fooled. You may think, "Oh since they are so busy, they must be good...." NOT!!!! The service here is horrible. There are, at most, 2 employees working when the line is out the door. I guess that would be OK if they were working fast and with purpose...NOPEEEEEEE!! They take their sweet time doing whatever the customer needs! They are horrible are explaining anything! and some of them are extremely rude! Their selection of packing materials is slim to none! No good experiences here. Although there is one woman who is nice and pleasant however, she rarely works! I wish I didn't have to go here so often :( read more

This post office has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I shop online quite a bit and every time it is delivered through them I either never get it when it is said to be delivered or they update the tracking that it has been delivered but it is actually still at the post office. When you call them to check on a package they are so rude and act like they could care less that I spent $ on something and am just concerned about where my belongings could be. Literally the worst customer service in my life. I called them to figure out whether or not my package was being held at their location and when they FINALLY picked up I got attitude. The woman told me that she just walked into work (ten minutes late) and it wasn't her job to locate my package and that the lady who usually does tracking wasn't in. So i opted for her to take my information and got more attitude..I understand the postal service is crazy during Christmas but at least DO YOUR JOB. I don't care if you just walked into work..your at work getting PAID by OUR TAX DOLLARS to do your JOB and they could learn to be a little more polite.
