The front desk employee at this location is extremely emotional & intense about his job…read more I just started renting a storage unit today, and when I went to use one of the accessible dollies to transport some boxes, he immediately rode over on his go-kart, yelling, "If you don't bring that back, you're going to fucking jail." We were completely confused--this wasn't an item we were trying to steal or keep?? We drove around to return it right away, but he had already called the cops--five officers showed up, as if we had committed a serious crime. The police were not told the truth about what was happening, and were also confused why he called the cops on us. I understand wanting to keep items on the premises, but the way this was handled was completely out of line. Instead of speaking to us like adults, he REFUSED to open the door or have a conversation, choosing to escalate things immediately. When the officers arrived, he stepped out for two seconds, then went right back inside. Shortly after this situation I received a call that my unit and lease is now cancelled... so unprofessional. I recommend getting a new management or whoever that guys is running it. He is very emotional and on my tour was talking negatively about this whole location (even though it looked nice and clean). I'd advise looking elsewhere if you want a smooth and professional experience.... I've rented multiple storage units before and this is by far the weirdest and worst experience

I had another storage place that was more expensive that was not climate controlled. This includes BTW, pest control. No palmetto bugs climbing into your stuff. 2. Secure. The format is a little different than other storage places, each unit is a fence inside of a building. But this is an advantage, because the managers watch everyone go in and out and I don't feel that someone's gonna break into my unit. 3. Value.
