Michael immediately contacted me to let me know that he was sorry for the inconvenience and that he is committed to excellent communication and service. He went out of his way to acknowledge the error and extend a discount as a gesture of good faith. I had planned to recycle them but the driver said he wanted them. Had I known it would be an extra $272, I wouldn't have agreed. And to top it all off, they charged me an hour extra ($159). I can't complain about the actual movers, who were fantastic, but the shady business practices are enough to make me want to warn others. I had to pay in full before they'd unload the truck, I did not get an itemized bill until I asked twice via email, and then when I questioned the extra charges, I also had to ask twice. Be wary.

I've NEVER had this issue with any other storage unit in my LIFE. Some increase by 10% after 6 months some its a year but never in my life have I seen a company this GREEDY and PREDITORY. DO NOT PUT ON AUTO CHARGES THAT'S HOW THEY GET YOU. A $90 increase for a unit that is currently less at FULL PRICE on their website. Do NOT trust the good reviews the staff ask you to leave them when you first get there. There are many others like me with the same issue. They are no better then thugs who shake you down.
