When the installer who was Bieling put the vinyl down in the kitchen we paid a thousand dollars extra for floor preparation. This was not done properly and so now the floor has bumps in it and looks awful. Had Mark Vann come out and he informed me that it was the subfloor. I told him thats why we paid extra to have it prepped for the vinyl and that it wasnt done right. Had to have him come out and repair the vinyl where it was popping up off the floor. To fix the bumps they would have to cut the vinyl and redo the floor. We dont know what to do. What a waste of $3000.00 it cost us for this job to be done by so called professionals. I had to email them three times to get a refund. They emailed me a week later to say that the box cost $3100 and there would be a $75 change fee!! The box cost no more than $500 to make!!!!!!
