I am very late with this review. We have used USA since the 80s...yes that late! Same family run business, just with grown up children! Only company we ever used and still the only one we would want to use after today's service. Must be two dozen visits over that span! Whether it is our carpeted basement, stairs and hall, or our couch, loveseat and chair, we can count on an A+ job each time. I wish I could give USA Carpet more than a 5 star rating - that just doesn't seem adequate for the quality of work they did at my home. It has been years since I had them to the house because we replaced wall to wall carpeting with wood floors, and I didn't consider how dirty our area rugs and upholstered furniture got over time. The owner and his assistant arrived on time, all smiles and happy attitudes. They got busy immediately as we had at least 8 area rugs, a sofa, a recliner, 2 upholstered chairs and the carpeted stairs to the 2nd floor. They worked carefully moving what they had to move and the owner noticed my 'in need of washing' dog bed and threw that in as well. It looks brand new and we got to talk about his dogs and his love for animals, great and small! This was a much needed Spring cleaning and I'm so grateful to them. The price?? So reasonable I found myself wanting to argue it up.....but didn't :) This is a family-run business and you shouldn't call anyone else. You will be very happy. read more

USA Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job on some furniture that had stains and was looking a little dingy. While they were here, Robert offered to clean two rooms of carpet that we were thinking of pulling up, and at such a reasonable price, we couldn't say no. I have used several different carpet cleaning services in the past and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome of my carpets today! Robert, the owner and his crew even removed stains that have been there for years and 'cleaned' by other companies. I had stains that were just under my heavy dresser and he looked to see if it could get moved back just a bit...his worker was able to move it back so they could get the machine in and take those old stains out! This company and their hard workers are incredible! They've been working on my parents upholstery and carpeting and I finally got the opportunity to have them clean my rugs and couches and the difference was so noticeable it was amazing and also kind of horrifying they were able to get so much dirt out of all the fabrics. I have a dog and my husband and I are outdoor people so we tend to bring some dirt into the house and they not only made our furniture look (and smell!) brand new again, they were also the kindest and most professional team. What an excellent experience - came on less than 24 hours notice due to an emergency with a white shag rug. Was prompt, quick, efficient, and even helped me with a minor plumbing issue. Pricing was very good as well. I believe that we had the owner of the company come to take care of our issue - on a SUNDAY! "THE BEST!" I googled a professional carpet cleaner and took a chance on USA Carpet after my dog threw up on a new light colored area rug. I thought for sure that the rug was ruined but wanted to try to save it. I called and got a very friendly girl on the phone that took the information and gave me an appointment first thing the next morning. The guys arrived on time, cleaned my carpet and told me to call if the stain was still there after it dried. Unfortunately it still was. The owner was so nice and sent one of his guys back two more times to treat the stain. The stain is now gone and I am so happy that they were able to save my new rug.
