Have been taking our clothes here since they opened about 7 or so years ago and have had great service.

This cleaners has destroyed dresses, blouses, sweaters and bedding of mine. When asked to replace the items, I was only offered store credit. It's happened again to a sixth blouse and I will be not returning to this cleaners ever again. Please beware!!!! read more

I set up an account with this dry cleaners in castle rock so I am able to drop off and pick up my cleaning at will to have my account on file. Today I brought my cleaning into the store in my bag with my account information and the representative said the clothes might not be ready until Wednesday and I am leaving for vacation that day so I was a bit surprised that it would take that long to get my clothes back. I had to leave a message to say if I can not get my clothes by Tuesday or I will have to go to another cleaners. I am just waiting for a call back. I am willing to pay for the cleaning. Price is great, but you get what you pay for, and here, that is not much. So-so service: attitude of the lady at front for drop off (after they sent me an email telling me "they missed me and to come back") was very short and rude. So I tried them again, bad decision. They made excuses before doing the work that they would "try" to get items clean that were basic stains any cleaners could get out and does. (I told them I would try to pay them if they would only try to do what I was to pay them for LOL). They double creased dress pants every time I went, medium starch was as if no starch was used, and clothes came back as dirty as they went in. Not sure I quite understand the negative reviews here. We avoided the place for the first year of living in Castle Rock. Left with no place to go (Dependable did a terrible job for us!) we decided to check USA Cleaners out for ourselves. I had an interview the very next day, dropped off at 7am, and was told my shirts, long overcoat and sweater would be available same day pickup. No upcharge! Quality's terrific as well! I guess if you are looking for a miracle (blood, wine, whatever) then they struggle from time to time, but for a standard cleaning and freshening up of shirts and coats they were top notch! Friendly, convenient and super fast! Plus, everything was affordable! I had 10 shirts, an overcoat and a sweater cleaned to high quality for about $40. Horrible!! We appreciate the proximity to our home so even though their work is only satisfactory we have continued to use them. Unfortunately to date they have ruined two of our garments and they offer no remedy what so ever!! Bad service and inconsistent results. Older woman blew my complaints off and didn't do anything about my shirts being dirty. I paid for them and she ignored me. I tried to talk to her and she walked away and talked with another customer ignoring my complaints. Shirts are not cleaned consistently. Shirts come back with new stains on them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They lost my brand new suit and refused to cover the cost of a replacement. When attempting to resolve the situation, the lady at the front desk said she had work to do and then just left me standing there. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL! Waste of Money. Multiple garments came back with stains and a little tag saying "We tried to get it out but couldn't." Incidentally, the customer right before me had the same tag on their garments. And the woman working the counter told me to "try rubbing it with dish soap and water." Uh, I paid you for this non-service. Why didn't YOU rub it with dish soap and water if it's so easy. Terrible customer service. Their business hours state that they are open until 7:00pm during the week days. I pulled up to their store @ 6:55pm. Their employee watched me walk up to the doors while she was locking them Because it was not 7:00 yet, I started knocking on the door...she was standing right there. She just turned around and left. I am headed out of town very early in the morning for a business trip and was unable to retrieve the clothes I dropped off to have cleaned for this trip. I would drive miles out of my way before I ever use this cleaner again. Worst service in Castle Rock. I would give them a minus 5 rating. read more

Rip off alert, coupon policy is bad. Missing from order and they would not fix when I picked up and paid.

Was a loyal customer for about 2 years. Until I brought a tweed skirt in that had some loose threads along the side. The gal at the front made it known and I said yup I know they are there and that was it. the skirt was then cleaned and was picked up totally ruined. I took it back in the shop and she acted totally shocked and said she would try to fix it and not charge me for another dry cleaning (well duh). Then she said if she could not fix it she would give me the number of the tailor she works with and that they may charge me. After stopping by a week later like I was told she told me she wasn't finished, then 3 days later I stopped back in again (as told) and she had brought the skirt with her and it was still a disaster. So I asked her what happens when this occurs and a garment gets ruined, do you guys reimburse or give shop credit and she said that they would do nothing because she had told me that it was like that. I said no you showed me some loose thread and took the skirt to dry clean had I known it would have gotten trashed I wouldn't have had it dry cleaned. I asked to speak to a manager and she said I could call the number on the receipt, I said great when will the manager be in she said she wasn't sure. I said so he doesn't have schedule, she said no. I said how about an email, she said I could email her and she would get it to him and that she goes through all the emails. Then I asked could I leave my number and he can call me, she said no because he didn't speak English. I then thought okay well that's just ridiculous how do customers who are unsatisfied speak with management? Needless to say we will not be returning and all I got in return was a credit for $3 because I had already paid for the dry cleaning before I saw the skirt. Go here at you own risk. read more
