Only option in Roxborough and unfortunately poorly managed. Sent slacks out for alteration and a week later was still at the shop. The attendant (male) promised me the next week. Sorry I get the good reviews here but if you've ever lived in a thriving city this doesn't work w the business community. I'll drive further. read more

I had been going to this Dry Cleaners for about a year mostly without incident. However, I had taken in both my and my boyfriends clothes for cleaning one particular time. Upon picking them up, the owner only gave me my clothes and told me that my boyfriend picked his up separately. I was so mad at boyfriend, thinking how rude that he would just get his and not mine! I immediately called by boyfriend and he denied picking them up. Long story short, he 'gave' my boyfriends shirts to someone else. He kept telling ME to check back with HIM to see if he found the shirts. He never found the shirts and never offered to make it right. Although this is the closest and most convenient dry cleaners, I will never return. It's the principle people, and that is bad service and 100 bucks in shirts that we lost. read more

Summary, terrible service, never going back not matter how inconvenient it is to drive elsewhere. No other Roxborough business is run this poorly because businesses that are run like this don't last. My story: I dropped off some items on a Tuesday morning and asked for them to be done by Thursday because I was flying Friday morning and I needed the clothes for that trip. The attendant said that timing would be no problem. So I came back Thursday after work and was informed that my clothes were not ready. I was miffed but I understand that I asked for quicker delivery than normal so I asked for my close back without any major confrontation. Turns out that wasn't possible either because they were in stuffed away in large bags (I could see these on the floor). So I said to the man: "I fly at 1130am tomorrow, so I can be here at 8. Can you dig my clothes out by then?" He said he would either dig them out or have them cleaned by 8am. He also indicated that he opens much earlier than 8 so this would be no problem. In fact, clearly posted on the front door are the hours of operation which M-F opens at 7am. This outcome was not optimal, but i am a reasonable person and this seemed like a good enough compromise and I try to support my local businesses. Fast forward to the next morning: I show up a the cleaners at 8am sharp and no one is there. Wait for 15 minutes (along with some others who were expecting them to be open) and still nothing. Called their phone - nothing. So at this point, I have to make my flight and don't have time to wait any longer. so I leave without my clothes - again - and end up having to buy replacements in San Diego for about $250. I called the cleaners several times that day and no one ever answered, so the whole time I was away, I just assumed that something bad happened to this fellow who promised me my clothes by Friday morning at 8am. I got back to Roxborough the following Monday, eager to learn what tragedy had prevented the cleaner from fulfilling his twice-broken promise. His response was: "I guess I just crashed in." Which, I interpreted to mean that he decided to sleep in rather than keep his commitment to his customers and honor the business hours posted on his front door. Keep in mind that the night before, the Broncos played the Chargers on Thursday Night Football. Coincidence? I think not. I like the Broncos as much as the next guy but when i tell my customers I'm going to do something, the customer wins and the Broncos lose. Of course, all this Broncos game theory is conjecture, but what isn't is the fact that this guy cost me $250 and he is not qualified to run a business or deal with the public. read more

Roxborough cleaners are the greatest cleaners I've ever been to! They have the nicest attitude and have my clothes ready on time. Professionalism is perfect, I've never thought that there could be any dry cleaners service that can be so kind and great. The owner is great and always has a great smile. I highly recommend people to go there. read more

Best cleaners ever, close by and convenient ! They are very friendly! She once got self tanner out of a pure white dress that I have! Also I knew I had a hole in a sweater for awhile but never got around to sew it and with out even asking they sewed it for me! One of the best businesses in Roxborough! read more

They do all cleaning on site, and the owner checked in with me after I picked up our garmets to make sure we were happy with their service. WORST SERVICE EVER. I went in on a Tuesday with two pairs of pants and a sweater needing mending and cleaning. I wrote out my full name and phone number (as requested). I was told to come back Saturday morning. I waited till Saturday evening, and my items were not only NOT there, but they had NO RECORD of me. They put my items under another persons name and number, because our names resembled each other and our numbers shared 3 of the 10 numbers. The girl freaked out, but "fixed" it and put a rush for Monday. I come back Monday evening. Not there. I come back Tuesday. Not there. I wait till Friday. They do not have record of me. They have my name and number but NOTHING under it. When the guy (who took my items the previous Tuesday) asked me what items I brought in, they still had them under the bogus name PLUS 6 dry cleaned shirts that they expected me to pay for, which were not mine. I paid for my stuff and am NEVER going back and will tell EVERYONE how awful the service was. read more

My silk comforter was totally ruined by this cleaners...not even useable after they got done with it. They told me it was accidentally washed in hot water. I was promised that if I purchased another one I would be reimbursed. I ordered the least expensive one I could find online which was still over $350. He agreed I could pick up my check the following week. Apparently, the business was sold in the meantime and between the old owner and the new owner, I still have not been reimbursed and it has been months. I keep going in to check and keep being promised that I will still be reimbursed when they officially have the "closing" and the new owner takes over. Hasn't happened. read more
