After about 10 minutes of this back-and-forth with the guy, the female co-owner (I'm assuming his wife) was visibly embarrassed, came out and took my information on the shirt's description and I left. About 3 or 4 hours later, I get a call from her saying that she found my original shirt. It had fallen on the floor in the back. Again, THEIR mistake.
