There are no paper towels in the bathrooms to dry your hands (because they have dryers). Though I prefer paper towel, that small inconvenience is not going to stop me from sticking to my plan. They only have two abductor and two adductor machines--and the glute work is serious for us girlies. Often times, you have to wait on one of these 4 machines. But that still isn't going to deter me from going to Planet Fitness. The point is this place is a place that has what you need if you have a plan. I have a plan. According to the small business owner Kevin he was not in a "contract" and they fraudulently continued to take money from his account. I contacted the business and they refuse to refund the money, saying he looked like he was over 18 and could legally consent to the paperwork. Kevin was abruptly rude and hung up on me and when calling back I was told he was busy and a lady spoke with me. Bottom line is Gym and Juice allowed a minor sign documents without verification of age which makes them not legally binding. They did not care if I posted negative reviews and will probably dispute the facts saying as a small business they have bills to pay and refused to refund "membership" fees. If you choose to use this business be aware they are thieves and do not care about customer service or the fact that what they did is illegal. Get a membership at a real gym and enjoy better service and benefits.
