I specifically asked about waxing while using the acne medicine he prescribed for me, differen. He said waxing was safe. I was waxed a week later and had awful burns on my face that were very painful. He said it must have been an allergic reactions, that he had never seen that reaction from waxing while using this product before. After more research I found this is a very common thing with this sort of medicine. I felt like I walked out with a lot of medicine and very little to no guidance and personally felt like I had inconvenienced him somehow. I called to let his staff know about the risk of this medicine and waxing. I will always do my research from now on and never trust the word of the doctor. I should have done that in the first place. Positive note: He is able to see clients the same day, the other dermatologist in this area were booked for months. His staff was very nice. They accept insurance. I will not be going back. Do not wax while on those sorts of medicines, I am lucky it didn't scar my face. There were 2nd and 3rd degree burns. I am now in the market for a new dermatologist if anyone can suggest one.

Once the swelling began to lessen I noticed my upper eyes looked the same except for the long scars. Perhaps there was not enough tissue to remove. If this was the case, I should have been informed at the consult. The lower (bags) were removed OK but replaced with scars that resemble a series of HHH's. The rims of my eyes on the outer edges have this webbed type scars where it looks like the upper and lower rims were stitched together.The outer edges of my eyes now are pinched down causing a downward smaller eye shape. The issue that concerned my eye Dr. was the fact that the rims of my lower eyes are pulled down and away from my eyeballs. I knew it wasn't right but once again Dr. Park said it was like we want it. Who is he trying to convince? Please beware. There are much better Plastic Surgeons to choose.

I just spoke to the receptionist to complain and she finally went back. She said he was clear and they are just waiting for a room to stitch him up. He was finally called back to get stitched up. She takes the time to go over everything with you and the wait is only maybe 5 minutes I would have like to know about other services they offer also but the front desk person was the phone. A consult is $50 and if your initial visit is on Wednesday, they can start the service you choose the day of your consult and visit are typically every 4 -6 weeks.
