They did a biopsy to figure out what was wrong, supposedly has conclusive resulted but couldn't cure me. The Doctor said my case was probably permanent. I was distraught and in tears as she promised me refills for the meds that would keep my symptoms PARTIALLY at bay. However that was not the case. I used my meds sparingly and about the one year mark my pharmacist called my doctor about my refill ( she gave me 3 of each topical) and they said my doctor had canceled my refills with no explanation. I called personally multiple times, no answer no call back. I don't have health insurance, I can't go spend 150$-200$ or more if they do more tests on something they already figured out what it was. Very sad and disappointed. Have to find another dermatologist that will hopefully actually care about the pain I am in. My hair is falling out... and I'm not even 37 yet. Do not recommend read more

Dr. Reeder is a thorough dermatologist for both medical and aesthetic dermatology. She's not afraid to examine you unlike some in town. I am so grateful I switched practices and she investigated what turned out to be melanoma in situ. She is excellent for Botox too! Very happy! read more

I went to this practice about a month ago . Saw Dr Bender. He rushed in and looked over my face, hands and scalp. took 10 minutes. He recommended blue light therapy. They took two biopsies of my arm/hand I have had dermatology appointments in past and the doctor literally went over every inch of my body. I did not hear results of my biopsy so I called about 2 weeks later. I was informed that "Fedex" had lost my biopsy. BS! I have a friend that is CEO of a large hospital and he told me in his 40 years not once had a biopsy been lost. Advanced Dermatology told me they would redo the biopsy no charge! I told them in no world would I ever let them touch me again! They are nuts. I went to another dermatologist in Mobile via referral. They did a biopsy and I have melanoma on my chest. Now I am scheduled for in patient surgery You can make your own assessment of all this. read more

I had to wait a hour in waiting room for my scheduled appointment. Once I saw the doctor she was rushed and didn't do a through examination. I went in for a yearly mold check and a rash. She prescribed an ointment for my rash. It progressively got worse. Weeks later I found out she had misdiagnosed the source of my rash. My condition could have been cleared up in weeks rather than over 30 days causing much discomfort and stress. I will never go back to Advanced Dermatology or recommend to anyone. read more

I take my son here and after just two visits, his face is looking amazing! Our wait time is never long. The doctor, as well as her assistants, are always very nice and never make our visit seem rushed. They listen to everything we have to say and are very informative with their responses. I was very pleased with everything about this place! I didn't have to wait long, everyone was super nice and Jessica was very professional and helpful during my appointment with her. She took the time to listen to my problems and decided to start small instead of trying to start with the most expensive treatment. Everyone was very nice and I'm glad I was referred here. Great place for skin issues of all kinds. The do micro peels and all kinds of cosmetic things for your face or body. I learned of a new injection that gets rid of the ugly double chin fat. It tightens it up whether it is heavy wrinkles and/or fat! I'm saving my money for this now. My doctor recommended two injections and most people get 1-3. They seem up on the latest technology and my doctor was very educational which I really appreciated. I do hope to go back soon for my injection and I will want the same doctor.... female, young, pretty, and smart!! The total package. read more

I absolutely love this place! My daughter saw Greg Sharp PA for her cystic acne and the results are miraculous! I see Elizabeth in the spa for facials and she's excellent! Very disappointed with the staff and doctors at the Mobile location. Was told I would be charged a certain price for the service I was getting (had already paid $1800) and when I showed up for my appointment they completely changed the price that the DOCTOR AND NURSE quoted me several times. The are very unethical and care more about making an extra buck than keeping their word to loyal patients. Needless to say I will NEVER go back there. If I could give them a 0 star I would.
