Brian responded to my messages via Yelp very quickly and we were able to discuss pricing and set up a time easily. They arrived on the appointed day and time and met my brother to do the job. My brother was initially concerned that one guy wouldn't be able to carry all the junk himself without spending hours doing the job or asking him for help because of the size of some of the items. Absolutely saved us in a time of feeling totally overwhelmed! Moved our elderly parents from a 2 bedroom condo to a one bedroom apartment after living in the desert for 40 years. The amount of accumulated stuff was too much for us to bare. After 3 solid days of rummaging through what needed to be kept and what needed to go we were left with a living room FULL of stuff! Took a few loads to goodwill but being upstairs and seeing no end to the amount of things that needed to be donated and just simply thrown out we felt like it would take us weeks to get rid of it ourselves. Yelped a trash removal service and found Brian from USA Junk. I called on Friday night asking if he could come take a look at what we had on Monday. That phone call made us feel like we could breath again! Brian was so nice and explained that he would come give us an estimate and once he did that it would be set, no more hidden fees or service charges. He said that we could literally leave everything where it was, dishes in cabinets, towels/linens in closets, anything we needed to get rid of they would pack up, clear out and haul away. We decided to drag every into the living room and make a pile there to be cleared out. We ended up with a pile of furniture, dishes, clothes, hangers, appliances, papers, food, and just quite literally trash that measured 10'feet wide, 14 feet long and 6 feet high. It was insane!! We literally where just throwing stuff into this massive pile of junk in our living room!! On Saturday I called again asking if he could come on Sunday because we felt we would be ready for it all to go by then. Brian politely said yes no problem he'd be there at 12:30. I added that we had another pile of boxes measuring 6 feet deep by 5 feet wide and up to the ceiling of boxes that needed to be moved to another house a mile away and that we didn't just want an estimate but that we were ready for it all to be moved and hauled off. He said let's make it 9:30. He also gave me a rough estimate of $300 over the phone making sure to say that it was a rough estimate because he needed to see what he was getting into before giving a solid quote. He and his coworker, Fredy arrived at 9:45 in a huge old Uhaul, 18ft truck (In guessing), came upstairs and were surprised at how much they saw but never once made us feel like it was too much. Brian gave me a quote of $450 and started to load all the boxes that needed to be moved to the other location on their truck. L-O-N-G story shirt, after 6 hours of non-stop moving, loading, unloading, lifting, hauling, and many, many trips up and down the cement stairs they had finished every single piece down to the last piece. A few times Brian mentioned that it was more than he anticipated and that a job like this would cost $600, but never once did he say he Would or needed to charge more. These two guys worked their Asses off for 6 straight hours and never moaned or complained once!! They were amazing!!! As a matter of fact there were a few items that accidentally ended up in that enormous pile that should not have been thrown out and when we asked to keep and eye for them they did just that. In the midst of hauling they would stop and ask if a particular item was what we were looking for. They were both very kind and caring about the situation and never loud or yelling to each other. At 3:45PM I paid Brian the $450 by Venmo and handed him and Fredy each a $200 tip cash. They deserved every single penny!! If you are feeling overwhelmed by your trash situation, need moving, think that what you have is too much to bare or not right for someone else to help clean up, do not worry. Brian and Fredy do exactly what you want and need them to do and make you feel like you can breath again. Thank you both again for saving us when we did not know what else to do! I spoke to Bryan about hiring USA to remove brush from a vacant lot in Indio. He said they would be out there Tuesday. I tried several times to confirm that, but never received a response. My husband called again on Thursday to get an invoice for the work that was supposedly done on Tuesday and was told they were going back that day. On Friday Bryan texted me to say they could get the equipment to do the work. What?! It was supposed to have been done already on the Tuesday before. What I found was absolutely disgusting. I started searching for junk haulers. The only person that answered was these guys. He agreed to meet me at 6am the next day for cleanup.
