I was very pleased with the services of All Star Hauling both times I used their services. This is a local family-run business which wants to make their customers happy. Joe, Jennifer, and Jonathon willingness to accommodate my variety of needs and their manpower are enabling me to complete my mom's relocation. They have been a Godsend for me. In April 2021, All Star moved a refrigerator, heavy treadmill, box springs, and a delicate floor lamp for me. I had them make two stops, a storage unit and my brother's home in Landers. They spent about two and half hours on the job with 40 miles of travel, about 10 miles on dirt roads. All Star charged $220 for this service. In May 2021, I purchased a queen mattress and box spring from Big Lots in Yucca Valley and needed to transport them to an apartment about two miles away. The store does not offer delivery services. All Star charged $60 for this service. Here is why I plan to use their services again: -Dependable & Punctual - arrived 15 minutes before agreed upon time -Conscientious - wrapped and packed delicate lamp so wouldn't break -Fast response to any communications including quotes -Price reasonable considering use of trucks, manpower provided, and distance traveled. After sorting items in my storage unit, I plan to use All Star to transport unwanted items to the local dump. To top it off this family is friendly, professional, and considerate. All Star was quick to respond, gave us a great estimate, and scheduled the work within a few days. We needed them to haul some construction debris away, but when they came for the estimate, they said they could also do construction demolition work. We had a room with really bad old ceramic tile, and they said they could remove it, clean up, and haul everything away. They did exactly that. These guys are great. It seems they do good work, but they sure do love speeding down my residential street with a big truck and trailer. Hope you guys can learn a little patience and slow down, that 30 seconds might not be worth it if you plow into someone pulling out of their driveway, or even a pedestrian. read more
