I just went to Lacrosse Unlimited to ask to get it restrung and they called it "atrocious" and restrung it for me for free. I try to shop at local shops as much as possible, but all too frequently they just don't have what's needed for my silly athletic endeavors, or the level of service just isn't what you want it to be. I regret not saying something to her but her loss in the end. They used to have another young worker (I think their daughter), she had more respect/class than her mom. For the local families out there, I would avoid this place or shop alone. Also, don't expect the friendly hello or even a smile (that's asking way too much - unless of course the owners read this and change their attitudes immediately). Macy's Home is now a medical facility. Macy's department store is still operating, and like the rest of the mall, it's very quiet. Finding a salesperson or open cash register can be challenging. Most of the food court is closed, I think there are only two food vendors left (Cap't Loui and Tacos Mexico, plus a yogurt counter). However, on the positive side, if you're looking for an EV charger, there are a plethora available at this mall, and it's likely that many if not most will be available. And parking is always a breeze as nobody is ever at the mall!
