In my opinion Dr Herring provides poor service and fails to return phone calls to patients when he is on call. He is not reliable and a poor example of the medical profession. read more

Due to a number of times the ball was dropped over the portal, I informed Dr. Herring I would be seeking a new Primary Care Dr. He summarily deliver me with a "dismissal letter." The only thing is, "I" dismissed "him." Not the other way around. This action seem petty & unprofessional. There was no need to black ball me among the entire group. read more

I love my doctor. However since USA has taken over this clinic it is horrible. My doctor sent me to the on site clinic lab today to have routine blood work done. It was chaos in the lab. About 30 patients waiting with no place to sit. They were not using social distancing and patients were crowded and standing everywhere. I was spoken to very rudely by a lab worker. I asked for my ticket back and will be going elsewhere for lab work. I tried to report to management at the front desk. However after many calls they realized management was not available. Enough said no management on site. read more

Doctor Shepler will help you as much as she is allowed to, she really will. Nurse Amy (the one who does the phone calls etc) she is nice when she wants to be, but she can act "bothered/annoyed" for no reason- she'll sound like she needs to get Laid. Someone needs to make her happy, she sounds mad when she talks at certain patients. read more

Worst doctor's appointment I've ever had. The doctor I had the displeasure of seeing went straight to wanting to change my thyroid medicine as soon as he walked in the door without asking me any questions or doing any blood work. When I told him that the medicine I am and have been on has improved my quality of life, he didn't want to hear it. He insisted his suggestion is "the best" even though it is really expensive. What is best for one person isn't best for everyone. It's obvious he is getting major kickbacks from that pharmaceutical company. I ended up walking out because he didn't care about how I felt or what I had to say. The only way I was able to get a word in was by interrupting him. I've been to numerous doctors due to my thyroid disease, and he is by far the absolute worst I have ever, ever dealt with. He even answered his personal cell and walked out of the room during the appointment. Highly unprofessional, arrogant, and uncompassionate. read more
