This was my 1st time trying out a new nail salon from my usual one in years. I found a posting for this nail salon off of my neighborhood Facebook page. I wasn't happy with my current place because of the time it took and declining quality of work. My nails started to lift and look very uneven and bumpy after they were done & it would be an hour wait while they kept squeezing clients in. I sometimes have my little ones with me. I brought my 4 month old in with me on this recent visit to USA nails. She's my easy baby, luckily I was able to leave my high energy 2 year old home with her dad. I am glad I found USA nails and Steven. The salon staff were all friendly and the salon was nice & clean considering the exterior of this shopping strip. I walked in on a Thursday morning around 10 am. Steven started working on my nails right away. He took off my old set and gave me a new one within an hour. He was gentle with the take off and new set. He did NOT drill down or file my nails down all thin. I was pleasantly surprised. Some places are rough and leave my nails in pain. (Awesome on the service time). Steven was very professional and knowledgeable on the CnD products he carries at his salon. How cool is that he's a brand ambassador for CnD products. They have sooooo many colors to choose from. The nail color swatches are easy to look through and aren't all bulky and labeled clearly. Oh and not to mention this cool nail polish mixing machine. They have different washing scrubs at the sink & lotions at the front register for you to try. They smell good and left my hands sooo soft. Ming brought me a small bottle of water at the beginning of my service. He is personable and friendly as well. I was able to squeeze in a pedicure while I was there since my babygirl stayed calm. The massage chairs were strong and relaxing while I got my pedicure. My pedicure polish did chip at the tip with a day but I didn't have time to go back in for them to fix it. ( I like regular nail polish on my feet and gel on my fingernails). Yay for this mommy pamper time!! I was very happy I was able to get in and out with no problems and I didn't even have an appointment. Thank you Steven and the staff at USA nails. I will definitely be back! This shop has poor customer service from the nail techs. They barely smile at you. They have no tv show for entertainment, no refreshments. It's dirty in there. They have roaches! Yes live roaches crawling around the nail desk. I went there on my birthday and took my kids with me and i didn't receive any conversation from the female nail tech I just spoke to my kids the whole time. Mind you they know English and speak it well. The nail tech didn't wish me happy birthday, didnt offer a birthday discount, nor offer a beverage. It's sad i was a loyal customer but even there craft is slacking! My nails lifting after 2weeks. The only smiling face is the gentleman that works the register ready and happy to take that payment. Steven and the other young lady with glasses are 1/10 not friendly owners at all. read more

Awful experience. She forgot many steps, made my big toe bleed, when I told her I was bleeding she said "no you're not" and I was appalled. She half did EVERYTHING! Missing many steps that were included on the pedicure, When It was time for the color to be put on I still had dead skin and particles of skin on my feet. Very un profesional. They tech asked me for a picture of a set that I wanted I proceeded to show a picture of the set I wanted (which was very simple) he said he couldn't do it . Just the color which makes no sense . In Instagram they advertise bling out set and what not . After I told him that I was just going to go somewhere else . He said "You can go!" & pointed out to the door . He was very RUDE . Not even worth the hour drive I did . Edit from the response of " THE OWNER" I was never told y'all had any other butterflies! I even asked if he had any other butterflies and he said no ! I asked about the flowers and he said he only had big flowers ! I love coming to this salon and they always make me feel very welcome! I've brought my 10year old son with me and he had a great time getting a pedicure and chatting with the staff. They made it a memorable experience for him. The owner is super personable and is involved in the whole process. My nails always look amazing and they have an amazing selection of dips, powders, and gels. I also brought my friend along and she is obsessed with this salon as well. Got a Signature Pedicure, and would call it lazy and sloppy. She practically skipped the massage part, and basically painted the whole tip of my toe with polish, then went back and tried to clean up the edges with a brush and some polish remover, but it still looked sloppy. Then instead of offering the disposable sandals to wear out, she folded the top section of my sandal down and had me walk out with my shoes halfway off. Very uncomfortable. Yes, I could've asked for the disposable sandals, but I was annoyed and just ready to be out of there by then. I will say she did a good job of cleaning my toenails up. They were trimmed and shaped well, so there's that second star. All in all, I do not recommend. read more
