I came here to have a relaxing pedicure day. Instead of feeling relaxed I just felt overwhelmed and just couldn't wait to leave to peace and quiet. The ladies were very sweet but just spoke to each other in Chinese the ENTIRE time. I just wanted time to relax before work but couldn't catch a break with the talking. Not even 5 minutes of silence. I chose the quickest pedicure because I was so overwhelmed. My toes are all different shaped and the paint doesn't even look like it has no top coat on it. I do not like to write negative reviews but I felt this this was a must. The only reason I came to this location is because it was my lunch break and not far from my job. I got a manicure and pedicure, they did not give me options on the different kind of pedicures they have. I asked both to be the same color. My toe nails came out to be an orange color and my nails came to a pink color. I told the lady that they were not the same color but she insisted on that they were. The tools that they used were not clean! So anyway, I left because they kept insisting they were the same color and it was time for me to get back to work. I left so upset and not happy what so ever and the employees knew that !! When I got to work I called immediately and told them that I will be back to get them redone as soon as I get off of work because I was not happy with having two different colors. When I showed up after work, they were trying to charge me to get my nails repainted and for the service all over again. Someone sat me down, I'm guessing the owner, and said the only reason she was not going to charge me was because it was my birthday. 1 week later, my shellac started pealing, no Bueno. Not good customer service, tools are not sanitized, most employees have attitude, including the guy at the desk, they over charge, and talk mess about you in front of everyone in their own language. There is ONLY one pro is that they have complimentary water and wine. read more

Worst part is the lady would give me a nasty attitude about it as if it was my fault she was doing such a sloppy job. Wanted to give this place chances. The first 3 visits they charged me 2 different prices for the same service. The 4th visit I walked in at 5:15 and they told me they were closed. Business hours on the door says they close at 6. I won't be returning. Besides that, they still sneak and use the tools the health department prohibits. read more

The young guy who works there is a little too emotional for a real job, no wonder he works in a family business doing nails. He got offended because I questioned him when the price he gave me was different from the price his father gave me. He threw a bitch fit & called me a "cheap black b*tch" when I was just trying to get clarity. Then after I had already paid (before the completion of my nails), he refused to finish. So in other words, I was racially profiled & robbed. I paid for a service before it was completed (as I always did) & he wouldn't give me my money back after refusing my service. Mind you, this is all because I asked him why his father charges me one prices & he charges me something completely different. I was searching for a new nail salon in my area and stumbled upon this place based on reviews. I normally don't get my nails done, but it was for my sister's wedding. I regret coming here, however the place is small and quaint and very clean. The massage chairs seemed fairly new and comfortable. I got a mani pedi french and had two ladies working on my nails. The younger one seemed to still be learning, she had long hair. As she cleaned my nails, she punctured one finger and it was irritated for a good week. Also, as they kept asking me to see if I was satisfied with my nails which I appreciated, I found mistakes like small hairs from the nail polish brush. They also didn't scrub my feet as much as I needed. They do have specials, like 10% off new customers. read more

This place is small, clean and nicely decorated. They use the sterilized pack of tools and they have a good assortment of OPI and Essie colors. There are only about 5 pedicure spa chairs and when I arrived after work there were only 2 ladies working. Luckily, I didn't have to wait. My manicurist was polite and speedy. This nail salon use to be my favorite go-to place to get my nails done because it was super close to my house and the job done would be spectacular, but recently I got my nails done for thanksgiving and the owner (Linda) did my nails and hey came out horrible. She was so rushed they came out so messy and mind you there was no one else in the nail salon but me, so there was no need for her to be rushing to begin with... I hated my nails, I was so embarrassed for my family to see my nails, I had to pay extra to get them re-done somewhere else because she did such a horrible job, I don't recommend this place at all. I came back in today to get them fixed.. The nail polish was only removed from one nail and she attempted to just cover the messed up polish with new polish on the remaining nails also there are black dots in the polish .. Worst place to set an appointment or get eyebrows done!! Don't honor appointments and rush process. Worst experience getting eyebrows done. LINDA took a phone call while doing eyebrows and once she messed them up rushed me out to get them fixed somewhere else. She was too busy to fix them and had to do someone else's nails. Horrible!!!! I have never been so disappointed in a nail salon. I just moved to Houston and this place was close and the reviews were good so I went to check it out. First off the other reviews about free soda water wine.... Not true , I was never offered. Plus service here is sooooo slow and staff is rude. And they don't carry OPI which is one of the reasons I came here because I always wear same color and they tried matching the color and I wasnt satisfied but decided to try it for a day. Not to my surprise, I had a chipped nail less than 24 hrs later! So I went back and said I wasn't satisfied with color either anyways and asked to just change it out. They said I would have to pay for another full service!!!! I've never experienced this before, usually if someone is not satisfied they will gladly change it... Not here! Also , the vibe and energy here is awful ... No ones happy, it's slow paced, and you can tell they are talking about you in their language. Very uncomfortable. So now They took off my polish since it was chipped and I'm leaving with nothing on my nails. Glad I paid for this!!!!!! Don't go here! read more
